Update on Website Status:

Our merchant account processor, Bluefin, still has our account suspended due to high revenue volume. They have now taken a $76,000 reserve from our business account and refuse to deposit last week’s deposits. Regardless of what Bluefin decides, RTS has decided we want nothing to do with them.

We are in contact with two other merchant account providers to replace Bluefin so we can once again process credit cards. One of the new ones claims they should have RTS up and running by next Wednesday.

Thank you for your patience.

(The good news is we will have most items in stock when we finally re-open)

Good to know, Randy. I plan on making one kahuna of an order at the end of the week and was nervous when I saw the message on your site. Thanks for keeping us updated!

I know glass is always best but can you freeze nic in plastic bottles? What are the hazards?

Yes, none really.

No, not a good idea to keep any of your liquid in plastic long term. Nicotine stored in plastic can eventually dissolve the plastic and cause plasticides to leach into your liquid which is not good for inhalation. Salem is correct. The white bottles we use are flame cured HDPE. The flame curing on the inside of the bottle is suppose to prevent leaching for 6 months only with nicotine. You should not have any leaching issues with pure PG or VG.

Thanks Randy for the info as it helps a lot to understand the challenges you are facing. Please keep at the good fight :) I did submit a ticket letting you know what I want to order and I hope I did it correctly. I just was not entirely sure what CRM meant. I think it means Customer Relationship Management and is the part of your on-line store that handles various customer questions and complaints, but I'm not sure.

Website is open for various bank underwriting inspections. There are even a few items in inventory so banks can checkout shopping cart.

Please do not order anything right now because we will never see any of the money for at least 5 months if at all because we have exceeded the monthly limit with our current merchant bank, Bluefin. Of course if you do we will ship it at a loss.

UPDATE:

1) Do to our growth the last 3 months, in addition to be considered high risk, we are now considered high volume ($).

2) All new merchant banks we are applying to know exactly what we do.

3) We have approval from a new South American merchant bank as of 6:00 pm eastern time who claims they can have us up and running by Tuesday night. Pros: We can continue business as usual. Cons: They are so expensive we would have to raise all our prices at least 5%.

4) We (I) have been jumping through hoops all day with a California merchant bank that knows exactly what we do. Pros: Lower cost than our current processor. Cons: We can not ship to our International customers ever again who represent 35% of our business and we cannot sell syringes and needles. They continue to instruct us on what needs to be re-worded or removed from our website.

What would you do?

No there are no coupon codes or sales at this time other then FIRSTORDER.
