Oh no, had things in my cart to order and boom the site is down! Boo Hoo! I'm sure it will be up soon and maybe, just maybe, my cart will have remained. I received my first order from RTS last week and Sunday got up the nerve to try a recipe. Viola, I made 20mg Bavarian Cream, which really should be called Bavarian Dream! So Monday tried a couple more flavors, I think I can do this! Vienna Cream - Yum! Next I will try two flavors, like fig cheesecake.

Yay! Thats great news, dmall. The site says he will be back up tonight or tomorrow :) I use the wish list option to save things that I want to try. That way all I have to do is add it to the cart from wish list when I am ready to order. The site says this

Thank you for visiting! THIS WEBSITE IS DOWN FOR US TO CATCH UP WITH AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF ORDERS and to perform monthly inventory.

We will be back online to serve you Thursday night or sometime Friday..

Thank you for your patience!

Website would have been brought back on line if it had not been for our merchant account being temporarily suspended this afternoon.

Merchant account was not suspended due to e-cigs. It was suspended for a 300% increase in revenue. Bank thinks we are just wildly charging credit cards from people that did not order anything. Of course this is not true and we have e-mailed them our last 1,000 invoices. Should be resolved Friday close of business.

Thats kind of crazy. The increase in business could happen if you were having a phenomenal sale or something

Other than RTS"s fantastic nic, the best customer serviceon the net, why are orders so high? I there going to be a nic shorrtage, I'm starting to think Hmmmmmmmm.............. should I stock pile now?

It all depends on what the FDA is going to do with their "Deeming Regulations", which will be announced in April. Wouldn't hurt to get some extra nic now, which is what a lot of people are doing.

I'm wondering, since when filling my glass bottles with the nic for storage, I always have one that is not quite full to the top, do you use small glass beads or something to raise the level of the nic in the bottle?

I don't. I know that Kurt originally posted that you want as little room as possible at the top but, I saw a more recent post by him that said a little space might be good. I leave a tiny bit of room and am hoping for the best.

Actually, if I pull a bottle from the freezer and use some but not all, I put the rest back in the freezer even if the bottle is only 1/2 full. It has worked fine for me so far.

I have one 120 ml and one 60 ml amount of nic do I need to freeze any these for any reason???

I would say no. I freeze for long term storage, just keep in a cool dark place. I store in 120ml bottles and break it down to 60ml bottles when I need more nic for mixing. One 60 ml bottle then goes in my juice cabinet for use. Hope this makes sense.

Update on Website Status:

Our merchant account processor, Bluefin, still has our account suspended due to high revenue volume. They have now taken a $76,000 reserve from our business account and refuse to deposit last week’s deposits. Regardless of what Bluefin decides, RTS has decided we want nothing to do with them.

We are in contact with two other merchant account providers to replace Bluefin so we can once again process credit cards. One of the new ones claims they should have RTS up and running by next Wednesday.

Thank you for your patience.

(The good news is we will have most items in stock when we finally re-open)

Always someone dropping the fly in the ointment, eh?

Yes, it really sucks.

On Monday and Tuesday our website will re-open for bank underwriting inspection only.

You will not be able to place an order since we no longer have an active merchant account for credit card processing. All mention of international shipping, syringes and needles will be temporarily removed to obtain underwriting approval from an USA bank. We are also working with two South American Banks.
