UPDATE:

1) Do to our growth the last 3 months, in addition to be considered high risk, we are now considered high volume ($).

2) All new merchant banks we are applying to know exactly what we do.

3) We have approval from a new South American merchant bank as of 6:00 pm eastern time who claims they can have us up and running by Tuesday night. Pros: We can continue business as usual. Cons: They are so expensive we would have to raise all our prices at least 5%.

4) We (I) have been jumping through hoops all day with a California merchant bank that knows exactly what we do. Pros: Lower cost than our current processor. Cons: We can not ship to our International customers ever again who represent 35% of our business and we cannot sell syringes and needles. They continue to instruct us on what needs to be re-worded or removed from our website.

What would you do?

Not sure if it is at all possible but if you could somehow setup seperate accounts for oversea's and the states or different website for each ?
Again i have no idea how any of that works just throwing that out there Randy.

Not possible with one website. A second website would cost more than the 5% increase.

So I throw my International customers under the bus or spread the pain to the USA customers. There is another PRO to the South American bank I did not mention:

They could care less about any " Deeming Regulations" by the US FDA which is the next challenge in April.

If the site says International Shipping it would have to be removed. The bank declined last time for it saying that and if they see it they will never look at this account again. I feel you will run into this issue with anyone you try and go with. Do to the international shipping and the type of product.

Yes, after a few weeks. But I could not advertise worldwide shipping with the banner ads you see on ECF.

Frankly, 80% of our International Customers are from Canada, Australia and New Zealand. And a bunch of officers in the Mexican Army.

I do see your dilemma, Randy and would not want to be you right now lol Either way it goes, I will always be a loyal customer because you truly have the best tasting quality nicotine available. I would have to go without nic or back to cigs before ever going back to the strong tasting nicotine that I had no choice but to use when my vaping journey began.

I would choose 5% increase and try to find a viable alternative in the future if one presents itself. You have a great product line at a great price. 5% increase and you still have a very competitively price product. Your product line is top notch, like you said Randy, after April and who knows what's to come. I would take the 5% increase no problem on my sale. My 2 cents worth. Get that product moving out the door!!!

I agree that you should go with the option that would result in the 5% increase.

This may not be the popular opinion, but seems like the best option of the ones you listed and I think even with the increases,your prices are very fair.
