Okay so no wholesale orders via wire transfer starting Monday? Just order as usual once you add wholesale to the site if I am reading this right?

We will open the wholesale liquid nicotine category Monday but it will have very little available in inventory. We have about 15 long term wholesale customers that have bought over $20,000 lifetime from us. They have been in communication with us by telephone and their requested orders will wipe out 150 liters of pure liquid nicotine we have in stock. We have another 150 liter batch due middle of next week. Basically, we are gonna take care of our long time wholesale customers first.

When they call us and are about to order, we add it to inventory, while they are at our computers. There is such a nicotine shortage in the USA at the moment, we cannot just open up wholesale nic to everyone because we cannot support it. Keep in mind a few of our major competitors are out of nic. In about a month we will have increased capacity enough to go back to normal.

Orders over $500 will be available by wire transfer if we have no merchant account. The 15 or 20 large wholesale customers looking for large flavorless nicotine orders will be rationed and shipped based on their promise with wire transfer following.

Okay, well at least I know. Don't think that I can hold out for a month though :(

Salem,

You have never placed a wholesale order with us. Wholesale orders are for 3, 4, 6, 8 and 16 liters of our flavorless liquid nicotine only. On the phone with bank right now and I have re-opened website for final underwriter inspection. You still cannot order.

One needs to remember that the panic buying caused this entire problem. 300% increase in revenue from one month to another is not normal.

Wonder what it will be like next month, when the FDA is expected to announce what it wants to do?

Somewhere on top of the world
The FDA, that's the real problem hear. I think most agree some regulation would be a good thing, but when an arm of the government is so over the top that the general public feels the need to stash copius amounts of nic because we know the FDA is capable of imposing such unfair taxes/regulations, I call it criminal. What ever happened to common sense? It's always about the tax revenue.

Understood but I am making juice for quite a few people now. Probably even more in the very near future :)

Update:

Good News:
Got a merchant account last night with no reserve, no revenue cap and allows e-juice\nicotine.

Bad News:
They virtually gave me the account and codes and rushed out the door for the weekend providing no technical support. I cannot figure out how to integrate the gateway into our Volusion store.

Summary:

Merchant account will not go live until Monday afternoon. Now that will we have the credit card processing capability we will not offer bank transfers on Monday as previously stated.

Anyone know how to integrate Network Merchants gateway into Volusion please PM me.

See http://support.volusion.com/article/volusion-payment-gateway-integration-information

First table has the data to plug into the Payments page in the Admin area.

Second table shows that Network Merchants can be used for all 5 transaction activities with Volusion.

http://support.volusion.com/video/merchant-accounts-1-3-how-choose-payment-gateway explains what the transaction activities in Table 2 are.

http://support.volusion.com/settings is a general settings guide.

http://support.volusion.com/settings/payment?page=3, the last paragraph talks about Test Mode, that a gateway may initially set your account to Test Mode, for you to run dummy transactions when first wringing out the setup; no idea if Network Merchants does this.

Thanks for your help but I knew of these articles and the setup does not work. I can get the gateway to work in test or non-test mode but the settings for Volusion do not work. :)

Website Is Up and Taking Orders

We are back in business with our new credit card processor. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted.

I finally figured out how to make this new merchant account integrate with Volusion shopping cart.

International orders are welcome.

Thank you for your patience.

Yes, suppose to be. Then we have to dilute, mix and bottle it.

Everyone should know the FDA has scared the hell out of many banks and our subcontracted lab we use for extraction. The FDA sent letters to all US banks in January warning them of their upcoming deeming regulations and how the banks would be prosecuted and fined to the fullest extent of the law if they are found to be helping e-cig companies break the law. VMS dropped about 150 e-cig accounts about 2 weeks ago. This is only going to get worse.
