Yes, suppose to be. Then we have to dilute, mix and bottle it.

Everyone should know the FDA has scared the hell out of many banks and our subcontracted lab we use for extraction. The FDA sent letters to all US banks in January warning them of their upcoming deeming regulations and how the banks would be prosecuted and fined to the fullest extent of the law if they are found to be helping e-cig companies break the law. VMS dropped about 150 e-cig accounts about 2 weeks ago. This is only going to get worse.
So now subcontractor and banks are being warned you mention thats horrible.

So now subcontractor and banks are being warned you mention, will setting up overseas account help your business stay afloat as i wonder if they can or Will stop all incoming nicotine shipments into the USA. ?
I understand if you do not answer as there can be unwanted eyes on ECF forum now that i think about it.

This would not surprise me one bit.

We went through that back in 2010, DL. It was hit or miss with stuff being confiscated by customs. It really was no fun at all. :(

If sending a check is what it will take in the future, I'm for it. It just kinda slows things up a bit, but better than nothing.

I used to buy cigs using an echeck. That is done just like a credit card but is actually an electronic check. No mailing needed.

Website Is Up and Taking Orders

We are back in business with our new credit card processor. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted.

I finally figured out how to make this new merchant account integrate with Volusion shopping cart.

    International orders are welcome.

    Thank you for your patience.

Kind of looks like Markfm figured it out? Good job, Mark.

The worst scenario that I see here is that Randys lab decides it is too risky based on the letters that they got from the FDA and quit extracting the nic for him. I guess that RTS would have no choice then but to use Chinese nic or quit offering it altogether. Either way, it would not be good :(

We actually have 2 subcontracted labs, X and Y lot numbers. The X is Philadelphia and the Y is Charlotte. Charlotte lab is less consistent and slightly yellow when at pure strength. We were in talks in acquiring controlling interest in the Charlotte lab but we are not in the position to do that after having our business account raided by Bluefin, them holding a weeks receipts and two weeks of no revenue. We will see. We have talked with one Chinese extractor about using our specification (Assay).

Depending how bad it gets, we will probably stop all advertising on ECF, close this thread and create a private member's section on our website. REMEMBER THIS. Customers we trust will be grandfathered and have to log in first.

Keep in mind, we are not suggesting we would ever break the law. We been thinking for a long time we should restrict wholesale sales to a member's only section.

Sounds kind of expensive to send bales of USA nic over there and then have it sent back after processing.
