I'm not in this subforum much but am glad I stopped by. I see you're now carrying Hangsen flavors, which is the ONLY tobacco line I've had success with, thanks to the guys in the DIY forum. One drop per/ml is what 'jimi d' suggests and it's spot on. So far I've mixed Indian, Red-USA and RY-1. They're all great. I only took me close to four years to find a tobacco I could DIY, which being my ADV is important to me and my wallet.

Questions; are these authentic Hangsen flavors? Also; I see you're in Huntersville, NC. That's really close to me. Do you allow in person sales or just online?

Yes, they have Hangsen original labels on them. PM on visit, I just may accommodate you to put this entire conspiracy theory of us operating out of our basement and selling Chinese nicotine. We are zoned multiflex up to light industrial which means we can sell retail but we are a factory and not a retail store.

Notice to Customers

As of 3:00 pm eastern time today we have TEMPORARILY suspended sales to all countries except the USA.

WHY?

Because we can not get the United States Postal System to send us the plastic custom envelopes. We ordered hundreds from UPS but the USPS refuses our packages because of the UPS decal on them.

Background:

We have spent the last 6 weeks on the phone to our local postmaster, regional postmaster and Washington DC customer service. Basically, orders from January for free USPS supplies remain unfilled. (Flat rate boxes)

More Problems:

We ship everything in the USA priority mail and we have noticed along with many of our customers the average delivery time is now 6 days instead of 3 days.

We have found that lost packages have increased 600% in the last 2 months.

We have found delivered packages to look like they have been driven over by a truck.

The service really sucks and all high level postal employees tell me is to call my Senator if I don't like it.

Conclusion:

The USPS service is pissing off many of our customers and us. We are seriously looking at switching to FedEx or UPS which will be more expensive and certainly mean we will loose all our international customers except for Canada and Mexico.

Edit: I do have a meeting with a FedEx regional manager to see if he can give us a significant discount on international air economy.

Edit 2; FedEx wants 300 international packages per week and our history is only 275. I will see if my golden tongue will prevail.

I wonder what is up with the USPS? I have noticed slower shipping as well. I always opt for first class with tracking when the option exists. It travels exactly the same way that priority does for less $

I have to agree! On the other hand, I have to say that I've never gotten a damaged package from RTS, but I can certainly understand Randy's and customers' frustration.

As far as the rumor mill...Your quality speaks for itself IMHO. Back biting is what others do when they can't stand tall on their own merit :)

Yes, we have received 2 large forklift pallets of FA flavors. Gonna take some time to re-bottle it.

Currently we have :

70 of the 72 Capella Flavors in stock and ready to purchase.

14 of the 30 Hangsen flavors in stock and ready to purchase. The Hangsen flavors are almost as thick as vegetable glycerin and are taking twice as long to pump.

Next on our list is to restock 60 gallons of Flavor Apprentice and then go full bore on FlavourArt.

We getting close on flavour art products? Need to place an order.

After posting this I will re-open International shipping in about an hour.

Wow! I suppose I need to remember when usps screws up...Good for you, Randy! At least they might do their job now! Do you have all the hangsen flavors up? I was looking for pipe/cigar variants. :) However, I can wait since I have some stock left.

No, still 5 more Hangsen to pump. Have another meeting with USPS tomorrow to sign a contract to reduce international shipping rates based on our volume. We will immediately pass these savings on to our international customers.
