IMO also, RTS has been right to bring this to ECF's attention*. I wish it could be placed more prominently so more members would become aware of it. I see an ominous trend developing... My take is FDA/feds are hunting for ammunition to use against nicotine solutions in their deeming regulations.

I just ordered 4 liters of 48mg last night along with 40 30ml bottles and caps, 10 dripper bottles and a few syringes and 5 10ml bottles of concentrate RY4. Figures I finally bite the bullet to freeze and this happens.

Amazing, but our April 15th order to FlavourArt was delivered Friday. (Not in website inventory yet) We have to do monthly inventory on Sunday and it might stretch into Monday morning with the website being closed.
We will have a sale as promised but it might be flavors and retail only. The sale will come early. We plan to have the sale start Monday when we re-open after inventory. We never have had more flavors in stock as we do now.With our nicotine production crippled we will be phasing out wholesale nicotine orders until we can figure out what to do.

Well, that's a good thing that they only shut the one lab down. How could they do this if no laws are being broken?
I am not expecting the anniversary sale to take place either after what has been said. Especially since once his current stock is depleted, there is no telling if or when he would be able to restock.
Not only that but, to show my support I am placing an order this weekend whether they have a sale or not. I am sure that RTS will be able to use every little bit of $ that they can get their hands on for legal fees

I agree, what excuse, if any, was given as to the reason it was shut down? I don't understand that. Once discovered that the plant was extracting nicotine (not against the law) and not mixing flavors (the reason given for the visit in the first place) why and how can they do that? Where oh where are our rights as citizens. I am reeling over this! Our government was set in place to serve the public, now its about self serving bastages!

Ha, ha! You are as bad as I am. It takes me forever to get my wish list ready. I add things, take then away, put them back again. I have been working on mine since RTS got their first FA order in lol
We were not involved in the communication between the FDA and the Charlotte lab which is independently owned. I have to watch what I say to the public on this matter because their are confidentiality agreements in place with the labs and us..
Randy, what reason did these agents give you for being there in the first place? They must have given you a reason for being there.
