Alchem describes their production facilities as FDA-Approved but not where they are located.
Some google links say their facility in India is expanding but where else are their nicotine production facilities?

I have no clue. I only saw a thread in another vendors forum about the issues that some are having with the nic that they sell which they say that they get from alchem.

Good question. I saw people talking about that around the forum as well. I even saw 1 person that said they called RTS and was told that RTS has changed their nic supplier.

I stocked up well at the end of last Summer so have not needed to buy any nicotine lately.

That is not true.

Randy, I asked a few weeks ago about when you would be getting more TFA tobacco Blend. But, now I don't even see it on the site at all! You are still going to carry it, I hope.

My brother was talking about stocking up on his DIY supplies recently. So, I told him about RTS. But, TFA Tobacco Blend in PG is the one and only flavor that my brother uses. He wants to buy a 2 year supply of PG, VG, 48mg/ml nic in PG, and TFA Tobacco Blend in PG. He supplies several people. So, a 2 year supply would be at least a 4 year supply for just him.

He's the only person I know that does DIY liquid that only uses one single flavor. He would like to buy 240 ml or so.

He's not out yet. He just figured since he needs a little more PG or VG (I forget which), he might as well just stock up on all of it. You can't even imagine how much he hates to shop! So, he always stocks up on anything he buys. Then, he forgets where he bought it because it's been so long and has to come ask me where to go.

TFA, the manufacturer stopped carrying it.

I have a problem with a recent order. All previous orders have been excellent so I do not want to publicly state the problem because I have opened a ticket. I have just red the FAQ on the site concerning flavorings and it has gotten me worried about my problem. Should I be?

Cannot help you because I do not know what your issue is. Call 704-237-4572 extension 4 and ask for Scott or extension 3 for Dillon.

Edit: They are both senior managers and have the power to fix your problem.

no sales planned because we are having difficulty keeping up with increased orders.

We are in final negotiations on moving to a new 34,000 SF facility with 3,200 SF 0f ISO 7 clean rooms.

Your prices are still great and with the 6% rewards it is almost like a sale everyday to me.

Thats great about the new facility :thumb:

I had one small issue which was quickly resolved. It wasn't their fault as they rely on outside vendors as well.
I wouldn't worry. Good folks and they always do the right thing.

The issue is with a 120 bottle of FA Virginia flavoring. It has a cloudy "swirl" to it. I have tried to warm it to see it would clear up but it hasn't. All the bottles had heat sealed plastic on it except this one. I've asked around about the cloudiness with this flavor and have been told that it should be colored but clear. The reason why this concerns me is because I received a kidney transplant about a year ago and am on immunosuppressive medications to prevent rejection of the graft kidney. I have purchased from RTS a couple times and been thrilled with the results. After reading the FAQs again I am worried I have wasted the 26 some odd dollars for this bottle. I have made a ticket about the issue. I'm hoping that this will be resolved but if not I will be a big boy and take the $26 hit as a lesson learned. I'll have to wait and see :)

This is the cloudiness I'm referring to. It's hard to show on video but the flavoring is opaque. I'm not referring to the color of it.
For some reason the video is not posting so... This is the link: http://youtu.be/WlepBZ__JAo

Below is a picture of the items of the order. All items except the FA Virginia are in "heat sealed plastic."
