How do the reward points work? The site says that they're automatically used at checkout, if I understand correctly. But, I don't see where they've ever been applied to my orders in the past.

What do I need to do to use the reward points?

The site says I have 209 available points, 0 pending points, and in the box where you can enter how many points you want to Redeem Now it automatically has 80 entered. What does all that mean, and what do I do?

Look at your account page and click on reward points. The box there has 80 listed but you are able to change that # to the amount that you want to redeem. Click redeem now and it will show in your cart upon checkout.

I do not believe that you can check the status with the site down. You will most likely get an email with tracking by tomorrow though. They are pretty quick even when they are slammed with orders.

The white is a bit much for me on its own but my ADV is @ 1/3 white and 2/3 fa reg peach.
