Anyone coated a mod with some sort of liquid rubber?
I have some very scratched up old mods that no longer have rubber cases available.

Not ever done it here. That aside, I'd wonder if rubber cement applied would work. If so, could you while the rubber cement set up roll it sand. I'm thinking that would offer an interesting tactile feel.

I'm sure a person needs to consider panels, battery doors and such. Don't want stuff to get in where a battery or ejuice might be. Figure that wouldn't be a good idea.

A very interesting idea you have there - when I get out of lockdown I think I'll experiment with it on a piece of scrap wood first to see how it comes out.

if you do try it first please post pix!
