I received my small package (envelope) but my package was cut opened at the top and and the inside packaging was taken out and cut open vertically. You could tell the items were taken out and put back in. Then a small pc of tape was put back over the outside but didn't cover the entire cut. Luckly nothing came out on the last leg of shipping and I received all my items.

It only took 7 days to get it but they sure did check it out to see what it was.

No customs problem, had packages lost and eventually find there way home, nothing to do with customs.

I have a package thats sitting in customs now... been there 2 days now (Just under 48 hours)

Its a decent sized order, 20 batts 20 atts, a bunch of chargers, a few cases, blank carts... No filled carts or liquid.

Usually my stuff is in and out in under 24 hours. A bunch of buds and I went in on a group order and Im startin to get a littlee antsy!

I think it's important to see the ones that had no issues as well as the ones that did -- if 5 people post they had issues, but if the 50 people that did NOT have issues don't post, anyone would think hmm, everyone's having issues... This way they can see a ratio, and perhaps the story behind the bad experiences will help also, in determining what to order, or who from.


I ordered from bestecigs.com and got my order in 9 days. It spent less than a full day in customs before being released to me...my order total was $137.

One thing to keep in mind, is "Foreign Acceptance" does not mean it's in customs. It's still travelling to get to customs at that point..it will say specifically, it's in customs, when it is. ( I worried for almost a week about that, only to find out it finally went into customs lol)

Four or five orders via EMS, never a problem and none of them opened by customs that I could tell.

Over 30 posts so far in a little less than 24 hours. And NO ONE has had their order seized by Customs yet. We'll let it go a while longer, but so far, the rumors seem to be bulls**t.

Plenty of suppliers are getting large orders seized, so I wouldn't call it complete b.s.... but I've never heard of an individual with a small order having any problems.

That is why even in the face of a "ban" (won't happen) I am not concerned about getting supplies....
