Hi Tiger :)
I would tell him to.....well you can imagine. That is rude and is beyond unprofessional. I agree with some others. I would not return without an apology. I had a similar experience at a local vape shop here in my city. The owner was a bit rude after we walked in with our SB's in hand. Of course people asked where, how, what, etc? I shared and I am not a vendor by any means. I also do not believe in knocking any products as long as they are helping the user stay off cigarettes. Sad thing is my hubby and I could have been regulars out of convenience but he blew it with me. I am sorry you had to deal with this persons behavior toward you. Hopefully the person will come to their senses and understand they did wrong. (hugs)

Sounds like because of this forum you were better informed than he was and he felt threatened. Ive had people working at brick and mortars and even online vendors automatically assume that they knew more about vaping than me and I rarely do business with them from that point forward.
Amen to this statement ;)

Thank you all for your kind comments and concern. No, I will not be returning to that shop and it is not because I lack confidence, nor assertiveness. Simply put, it is because the owner does not deserve my business, nor my advice. I have no interest in seeing that he succeeds. As he felt free to call and abuse me on the phone over an assumption, it seriously makes me question how he treats other people in his life. His behavior toward me spoke volumes for his character.. or lack thereof.
