The top part of my Russian is loose and I cannot figure out how to tighten it back up. Its the piece the screw is ontop of-its on top of the white insulator piece. I have tightened every screw I see and it still slips all over the place. I just tried to replace the coil and now it wont recognize any reading when I put it on my ohm meter or my device. Can anyone help? Thanks.

the center post is a screw within a screw...take out the screw that makes contact your PV and tighten the screw that goes up to the build deck. I had this problem, you have to make sure that the block that sits on the build deck is tight and doesnt move at all. If it does you can/will short it out. I had to learn the hard way...it is no bueno, things gets very hot very fast

I still have the issue of the white insulator piece moving no matter how many times I take the darn thing apart and tighten the screw in the screw..It's also the kebo version
