The big issue with mine is that the leaking is actually out of the 510 pin, which can go in to the mod... I am pretty sure something is out of place or worn out somewhere, but I sort of have no clue where to look anymore..................
Best advice I can give is to start from scratch and break the whole Russian down, although I'd leave the top metal ring, center plastic base and bottom metal ring together. I say this because the plastic piece in the middle is known like any plastic threading to wear easily. The less times you remove the two metal rings from the plastic center tank, its less likely you are to strip the threading. Once you have everything taken apart, including removing the 510 screw then wash everything good with dish soap really good. This would be a really good time to inspect your juice channels or anything that may be causing leaking, blockage or anything. Next dry everything off good but you may choose to let it air dry as well. Please Note: Before washing please remove any coil or cotton/wicking material you've built - start from scratch. Next check to make sure all the o - rings are where they should be and if any o - rings appear to not seat correctly or look damaged then please remove. Replace with o - rings that should have come with your Russian. Please Note: Do not add any o - rings that were not on it from factory - start from scratch. Now with your 510 adjustable pin remove, make sure your post is well snug by tightening the post pin, tighten it good but not to the point of no unscrew lol. Now place your 510 pin back in and tighten until its flush with the 510 threading head on the Russian. Next build your coil and place your coil on the post. Next without adjusting your 510 pin see if you can fire the coil to fix the coil up nicely. If you are unable to fire up to fix your coil because it will not fire, remove your Russian and slowly but just a tiny bit unscrew. Place back on your device and see if it fires and keep slowly adjust by unscrewing the 510 pin until you get a fire to fix your coil - basically we do not want the 510 pin unscrewed anymore than it needs to be. We do not want the 510 pin forcing anymore pressure than it already does. Next juice up your wick good, place round chimney back on, trim your wicks to the correct length and easily push them down between the post and chimney. Now that you have your wick juiced up good and positioned good within the chimney give it a test fire or two. If it fires with vapor than put it all back together - make sure your getting vapor but at the same time your coil is not lighting up red. If your coil lights up red then your coil is not getting enough juice fed to it because of your wick. Next fill it up according to what the manufacture intended through the bottom fill port, do not attempt top feeling at this time and if you've tried before then don't please - our goal is to just get this thing working. Tricks and flips can come later. Make sure everything is snug good and wipe the Russian down to make sure it's clean and dry. Don't remove the Russian constantly but maybe twice a day to check for leakage. Try your best to remove my holding the bottom tank base and unscrewing the tank as one piece.
Note: Build your coil, cut your cotton and adjust your cotton correctly for even juicing.
I know you may have done this possibly a dozen times but sometimes one more try is all it takes to find a previous mistake or finding something little that you were over looking. I'm thinking possibly you have your 510 pin sticking out to far or something.
Run through it from scratch like it was assembled from factory "with" the thought it won't leak and it's brand new out of box and you've never built on it before. Sometimes the frustration of doing something over and over can screw us up when we keep attempting with failure as the result each time. So rebuild newly and think it won't leak and this is the first time building. It's like playing a video game being stuck on level 20 and you've tried 50 times but you stop for the day and next day you beat it in three tries. But do rebuild and try everything even if you don't think it'll work, just try with a bit of positive thinking in mind
Btw try using the Russian on different devices to test for leaks, it could be the 510 on the device - possibly. If all else fails contact the place you bought it from or the company directly over the Russian 91% V2 which is Keabo or something. Lol
