Russian 91% v2

Okay I'm going to take the plunge and get the Russian 91 % V2. I also see they have the black version of it and in the details for the black one it states the following New Spring Loaded 510 thread connection (caution over tightening)
*Update the Black Russian 91% will include the two piece center pin from V1 to address resistance irregularity of some Spring 510 pins
- Pressurized DIY Atomizer
- Updated 316 stainless steel
- Updated 510 style Drip Tip with 510 tank top cap


But when I look at the Russian Stainless steel for this version it doesn't state this..So are they not one of the same in different colors? I have been googling and can't seem to find it. Want to order on but I want the SS one since it will be almost the color of my Provari..thanks for any input..I'm a bit new to this stuff but build coils for my protank 2

The v2 spring loaded 510 contact has been problematic... demonstrating an inconsistency of contact that may increase resistivity. Read the Kebo/UCT facebook page for updates on the v1 pin retrofit kit.

I bought a V2 from Mt Baker and they (kindly) included the V1 screw/post taped to the box.

Yippee put my order in and can't wait to get it..I ordered the SS on and my provari is about the same color

I just purchased a Black Russian V2. To my understanding only the 91% is having the problems with the V2 posts so I went ahead and bought just the standard Russian with a Black Cana Mod Dna 30 clone. Pretty excited about that.

Does anybody know anything about the standard Russian V2 having issues with the post?

The Russian 91% V2 doesn't have the spring loaded pin..I guess mine was replaced before I got it..Glad I don't have to worry about that
