Be so kind please to read the opinion of other contracting party. We all know that in every conflict cannot be one party only and to draw the right conclusion from the one-sided opinion - is the straight way to the possible mistake.
About 5-6 months ago, Russian private entrepreneur named Igor (nic - Tigra) proposed Imeo Thanasis to agree on permission for Igor to produce and to sell in Russia the exact copy of the device (GGTS and UFS), which was invented and produced by Imeo in Greece.
There were two reasons why Igor asked for this permission.
1. Igor invented a new atomizer specially for UFS, named “Patriot”.
2. Business case for the production of "Patriot" in Russia was not profitable. It was to expensive to produce “Patriots” in Russia in small quantities because the number of UFS(GGTS) in Russia is not so big. The reasons you know by yourself, it is very difficult to buy the GG products and they are to expensive for most of Russians.
This is why Igor had the idea to contact with Imeo and discuss with him the amount of license fees for the production and the sale of the exact copy of GGTS and UFS in Russia.
As I know Imeo gave the permission for this production with the license fee of 60 Euros per each GGTS+UFS kit.
The current situation is following.
Igor’s initial plan of production of aluminum GGTS and UFS was changed, because of the price of this kit (incl. 60 Euro fees to Imeo) was more or less similar as original Greek products. 8 (eight) testing aluminum kits were presented to Igor's friends and partners for testing of usability.
Then came the next idea, to produce the titanium GGTS and UFS. It gave the possibility to have the advantages in super material (titanium) for the same price as aluminium kit.
There were produced only
7 (seven) kits of titanium GGTS with UFS for sale.
5 (five) kits were prepaid till this moment.
- 3 (three) of them were delivered.
- Two kits of them are reserved now by the potential buyers and they are waiting and decide now to take it or not.
And the rest - two kits are free at the moment.
In this situation, Igor had decided to pay the licence fees to Imeo after the delivery of the minimum 5 kits and is waiting now of delivery of two prepaid kits. Also Igor decided that after the sale of the last kit of titanium GGTS with UFS Russian production of GG will be stopped.
The next production will be concentrated on the sale of “Mega Patriot”. You know what I mean.
In this situation it is not clear for Igor, why Imeo did not contact Igor directly. Why Imeo did not ask Igor about the current situation and did not discussed theme about the payment of the fees from Igor, he mentioned in first post. It is not clear for us, why Imeo did not do it, but he additionally blamed Igor for the things, which he did not done.
Finally I would like to add the following. Please note that requests to Imeo for permission were done by Igor absolutely voluntary. Igor would not manufacture and sell GG products without Imeo’s permission.
In addition, Igor would like to say that he did not refuse to pay Imeo. And Imeo has no right to blame Igor.

Well then Novikov. I see no problem here with Imeo or your friend . Since he agreed to pay Imeo 60euros for each one sold, all he has to do is send Imeo a check, PP or wire transfer for the money he owes him plus possibly an apology for being late with payment. Whether one unit other one hundred. Whatever he owes - send Imeo his money and all should be well. Imeo is a very kind and forgiving person. He had shown that by accepting prior people with bad attitudes back on GG forum. So there you go. PROBLEM SOLVED

If things are as you have stated in your post concerning the situation between Igor and Imeo, and if production of the Fake Russian GGTS has stopped as you have stated, could you please explain to all of us why the Russian GGTS "copy" is still available for purchase at Luckysmoker.ru ...item Мод Russian GGTS + UFS at 9000 Ru. Rubles

If things were as you mentioned, shouldn't the GGTS be labeled as "out of production" or "not available" etc.

Everyone has a choice.My choice is and will be the GG by Imeo.Yes price does matter but with Imeo you get more then you pay for.I work in the boat and on the beach.I have had my GGTS put through hell.Sand,salt water,sun, and it still looks great and functions like I day I bought it.No other e mod has done as well as the GG by Imeo.For me and I only speak for my self.My money will be spent on GG products made by Imeo.

Yeah don't bother with people that can't hold their side of the deal when someone like imeo allows production of his product at cost. I know if i would make a deal with you, I would pull through no matter what even if money was lost. People like that don't believe in principles and honor.

The way I see this ordeal develop looks like this:

Man has an idea,man make a deal,man make prototype;
Man comes to ECF (ze place) shows prototypes,gets mucho praise and OOOHs and AAAHs;
I saw in the thread that a fair bunch of people (from all over the world mind you) asked to get on a waiting list etc,etc;
"Promises were made",inquiries were made,man got into a false frenzy;
Man finally make a few,man fail to sell said product,people that sowed major interest in the near past fail said man.

Cost and time accounted,man sells what he has and lose money big time...so man fail to want to pay dues because he actually lost big money already.

So in retrospective,5 made 3 sold or given,2 left for sale?

From my point of view its a major fail due to poor business decision and potential buyers let down that led to this unfrtunate situation.

It could have been beneficial for all,but the new stuff frenzy "I want I want" in that thread was the killer.

But a contract is a contract,if 5 were made,300euros are due product being sold or not...its an honor thing.
