Due to sudden and more strict inspection carried out by the China customs, many packages were refused by the China customs with inexplainable reasons. We will resend the returned packages with new tracking numbers but we are not able to guarantee the package can get through the China customs. We really appreciate the customers\' kindly understanding and patience.

It\'s estimated the strict inspection would last some more days. The customers who are going to buy from us please do realize your orders may be delayed for some days. The customers who require normal fast delivery please do not make any order until the alert is cleared.

Did you check the tracking number on the USPS site?

Tracking with EMS shows it dispatched from Shanghai.

TY was just going to place my 2ND order from China it was in cart ready to go ,before i placed my order I check forums to find this post . I will wait

You have to track it from the USPS site. Once it leaves China, it appears on the US side. My order was 6-4 and left China on 6-7. The USPS site does not update frequently so I usually check it first thing in the am. Because the pkg requires my signature, I have to leave my gate open for the postal delivery gal.

My last shipment from them arrived last Thursday, was ordered the Sunday night before that and spent all of 9 minutes in customs. I really hope this 'alert' doesn't last long...

From the sounds of it though it is Chinese customs that is holding it. That might affect suppliers outside of China if this goes on for more than a few days.

I checked a couple of other Chinese supplier sites, but they have no alert up. I wonder if RD was an isolated issue?

This is pretty normal. it may take a couple of days to reach the U.S. and appear on the USPS side.

This is a bummer, though, Ruyan#4 is due back in stock at the end of the week, so I was holding off ordering until then.

I'd imagine it's not, simply for the fact that ruyandirect has always placed notes on their front page concerning Chinese holidays and such while others have not.

I ordered some liquid and carts on 6/4 (not a large order), and USPS reports it arrived in New York yesterday.

I've never bought any goods outside of the US.
