Again, don't worry! Small packages will get through - they usually only stop big packages or if you list "liquid" or "vaporizer" or "e-cigarette" on the manifest!

You know guys - Wayne was just trying to be upfront and honest with the shipping delays that WAS occurring immediately after the China holidays. Appears China customs was majorly bogged down immediately after the holidays.

Our orders went from shipping to receiving in 7 days to shipping and receiving in 10-12 days. No big deal!

My package from Eastmall hit Los Angeles Customs at 2:30am. Crossing fingers that they release it.

With the lack of movement on the NJOY/SE v. FDA case - (Thanks Sun for your diligent efforts keeping us updated on that!) and the Waxman/Kennedy bill in the Senate, if this package makes it through, I'll be blowing a HUGE chunk of money in the next couple of weeks to stock up.

I placed my order on thursday and I haven't gotten a tracking number.

You need to get the tracking number from your account / my order on their website under waybill.

I placed an order Saturday and have a tracking number, but nothing is coming up on EMS or USPS with that tracking number (perhaps it was already sent back from China customs) or EMS hasn't actually received it yet. Will check again and wait to see if I get a new tracking number for a second attempt...

I want my "bling" black with gold Chinese symbols e-cigar (why I have no idea and I have no idea what the Chinese symbols translate to). Just thought it would be fun to play with at poker games, etc. and it looked like they were running low.

Man I can't stop buying stuff. Also waiting on a Janty stick (not from China) and like (8) 801 atty's and 200ml of some more 36mg juice from another Chinese supplier (just because it is going to be tough to find).

Somebody stop me!!! It has gotten to the point that I get depressed if I don't have any orders out there to look forward to receiving in the mail 8-o.

It doesn't sound like there is a problem getting stuff through, but rather that customs in China may take extra time to process and send orders. I don't think we need to panic, not over this anyway! Personally I'm in "Wait and See" mode. A rule of thumb I use with ANY online order, foreign or domestic, is "Don't spend more than you can lose". It's served me well in a few cases where I've been ripped off - NONE of them have been e-cigs or related products though.

Thanks for passing on that info / e-mail OldBiker, but I am thinking there might be something to this Chinese customs returning stuff. "Sudden and more strict" and now my tracking number is showing "no information" like maybe it was returned and RD is waiting to re-send it if this all blows over (hopefully they get through eventually).

Good to see they will refund and/or re-ship. I also have an order with Eastmall that I hope will do the same if Chinese customs returns it or whatever... In the meantime, I am in no hurry and will wait it out... Maybe tomorrow I will e-mail RD and ask why my tracking numbers is coming back as "no information found" with EMS...

Online tracking information is only available after the package is scanned by the China post company. Considering the processing time before scanning, usually you can begin to track your shipping package at the Chinese EMS website at EMS about 2~3 days after we ship out your order.

Maybe I am jumping the gun. Hopefully all is fine and it just is not showing at EMS yet.

Eastmall states that if customs seizes it they will ship one more time free of charge, but they are speaking of US customs. If it doesn't even make it out of China I will expect a full refund.

This issue has nothing to do with orders placed last week or the normal US customs routine, etc. Yeah I received my order from last week too and it was only in customs for 9 minutes.

It has to do with Chinese customs and RD sending out this notice or posting it on their website. I was on their website and placed an order on Saturday and another Sunday at almost midnight PDST and did not get this notice from RD or see anyhting on their website.

This issue and notice is as new as this morning. So no need to reply that you got your order from last week. Most and/or all of us have... If you placed an order this weekend and you are getting valid EMS tracking info or your package that would be relevant to this thread.

Your order has already made it out of China and is not relevant to this thread.

But, you have nothing to worry about. I thought you already posted this in this or another thread?

A couple / few days stuck in U.S. customs is normal.

It will probably show up before it even shows outbound customs.
-keep your eye out for the mailman, it should be there any day now...

There is definitely nothing on their site anymore, so I have to assume it was an isolated incident and that people just trip out before they even know whats going on. My order made it through the Chinese customs with no problems and Im pretty sure any future orders will as well.

I think they just moved the message to their order confirmation e-mail they send out after Sunday.

There is definitely something going on, but I am going to remain optimistic that it is just a delay. I took a gamble and a risk that I cold afford to take and I am not panicking, but if it does not even make it out of China that is not my problem and that would still suck. I still want what I ordered...

Yes I saw his post and from that I would say its really nothing to worry about. A slight slow down getting through customs is quite different from customs not letting orders through. As it says, its going to be for "some more days", which leads me to believe its temporary and they also say "delayed for some days", which again doesnt say anything about orders not making it through customs but rather just taking a bit longer than usual. Which Im sure is also why they said, "If you require normal fast delivery, please do not make any order or inform us to refund you and cancel your order." All of this says the orders are still getting through customs, with just a bit of a delay.
