DallasEd, sorry for my late answer. I have the Ruyan Pipe, and have also had some problems; but my experience is that the warranty on Ruyan is fantastic. I did not buy from E-cigaretteweb.com, but from the Scandinavian distributor and absolute no complains about them.
If I were you, I would contact Ruyan directly (Ruyan.com.cn) and complain about your dealer. I am sure that the Ruyan will find a solution for you. I myself have had contact with Ruyan China, not to complain, but to get information and they are unusual service-minded
