That mod looks really cool. What was it originally? It looks like a little air compressor.
it is the charger for a tek4 battery , i have a couple and got the faster charger so though it would hold the battery for a mod . i just didn't take the charger out LOL

The built in charger is a nice touch, heh. Thanks for taking on this experiment, I'm curious to see how these batteries do. You aren't worried about mixing brands here? 
so far i have been on it hard useing 1.7ohm res and ce2 2ohm for about 2hr still at 4.1 v
just for a folloe up because someone was thinking about these batterys .
i have used this for 24hrs with eather a 1.7 ohm carto or a dcc
the voltage stayed above 4v for over 6 hr and just now got to 3.5
about 2hr ago it was 3.8v

Good to know. So about 9 or 10 hours from 4v+ down to 3.5, any idea of how many ml's in that time?
no but i will say i had to refill my 1.7 xl cartos a lot more then on the e-power
