S.S. Vape Pre-Order Hana Modz V3

If newcomers read back in the thread, both Hana and SS have given updated, and acceptable answers to this debacle.

Though I do still maintain SS should have shut the preorder, which is STILL OPEN!

We all know there was a delay in manufacturing at Evolv which pushed everyone's dates back. Granted, SS should have simply been more upfront with respect to the text on their ordering page.

Hana will be shipping 580 units to SS vape, in staggered weekly shipments throughout late March early April. If you ordered in the month of March, they are saying it will be a six to eight week wait. For anyone who ordered prior to March I suppose is highly dependent on the popularity of the style you ordered.

Both Hana and SS are well aware of the situation, as they have both responded in regards to this situation specifically. Hana cannot force ss vape to shut it's pre order.

My sympathies for the SS problems, but the Hana is worth the wait!!!!

PS. I wonder why this forum stops letting you edit posts after a certain number of days. I'd love to have tasty be able to keep the most up to date list in the first post. I may have to set it up as a blog and have a link to it from here.

Im going to email a MOD about that and see if they will unlock it so I can keep updating it.

What SS said was: "After a long discussion we have been able to arrive at an official estimate. ALL ORDERS PLACED IN MARCH WILL EXPERIENCE A SIX (6) TO EIGHT (8) WEEK WAIT FROM THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. We will be posting an updated estimate at the end of March."

Mind you, they say specifically, and in bold print: "orders placed in March". That is interesting language to someone who ordered on the second-to-last day in February. Are Feb-orders immune to this period? It's like Cosmology, the more we learn, the more we realize how little we actually know.

I got on a wait list for a DNA 30 chip around the same time I ordered my Hana through SS Vape, I have had the chip for weeks. I have been on many preorders and they almost all inevitably are delayed for one reason or another so I understand that aspect, but the fact that SS Vape has received Hana V3's and sold them to call in customers and walk ins rather than people who have been waiting for quite some time is inexcusable and a crappy way to run a business IMO.

Agreed. No forgiveness on the selling of mods to walk-ins or callers, while preorders sit and wait. That's scummy.

They say they "have yet to receive their first batch of Hanas." Well, we know that's not entirely true. They have had SOME. They seem to be separating in-store batches and preorders for some reason.

Sadly, not much that can be done at this point. That's what's nice about this thread. It can help identify if that is still happening.

That's weird I called and didn't get to order mine only online. It's the same with ZNA orders everything was on hold from Evolv until the middle of Jan. now everyone is behind production. You are right about SS they should have just stopped pre orders until some where filled.

I'm jealous. I ordered mine Feb. 9 so if i would have preordered from vapinart instead of SS I would probably have it by now. I was looking through Hana Modz authorized dealers list and a company in France has them in stock but American SS Vapes still hasn't gotten any. That just doesn't make any sense. Why would they get to France before they got to an American store. I think what happened is they took our preorder money, then for whatever reason needed more money for something so instead of giving them to us sold them in store to double their cash in hand.

Nice! I ordered a mini through vapinart, they shipped it out same date as yours, now just waiting for it to clear Canadian customs. They've had it for the last week

I ordered through the French website, i haven't received mine yet but they are ofc. saying March 15.

one thing that worries me is that a friend of mine accidentally ordered a mini and wanted to cancel the order the same hour, he sent them 20 emails and even made a Paypal dispute but as of yet, he has not received a single word from them.

Hope we both get em at some point! They certainly look cool.
