wow called to ask SS about my order and first words were would you like to cancel? i dont think they even care if we do. i will never ever ever order a thing from them again and plan on telling everyone i know. i live in Maryland where most of there stores are and there's plenty of competition. i see they opened a new store in Ocean city and one coming in winchester...guess are hana were the down payment. im not sure whos real fault this is them or hana but they clearly think there the .... and dont care if we cancel.

They don't care at all at this point. I think SS just is in damage control. I don't think they know the definition of pre order. They are just taking payments on something they dont have in stock. When I ordered my nexus 5 from google there was a time when they would say "out of stock" so you couldn't order. a couple days later it would be available to order. Not sure why SS thinks they can practice business in this manner!

Vaporshark is a perfect example as to how to run it, and once the next incoming shipments sold they change the expected shipping date. Some ppl missed the cut so what did they do? CALLED, as in that thing people that work for a living use, a phone, saying sorry you missed the cut but your top of list for next shipment and oh by the way, pick a flavor, were sending u 30ml on the house whether you want to cancel or not. Same chip, same features, same battery as mini, just as bulletproof, but .... didnt review it so they are not impossible to get.

Why are people upset about hana modz giving one to Rip. I mean he is probably the most popular reviewer right now. What better way is there to advertise a device? Trent would have been a idiot not to send one to Rip when he called. Seems like a perfectly rational and intelligent thing to do to me. Reviewers of all types (from vape gear to cell phones) get free stuff all the time, how else are they supposed to review everything?

oh and that zenith is a pretty good RDA for sure. i got my from mountain oak vapors. it is a hot item though, just like this hana. so they are hard to find and they go fast.

Ok the Zenith is behind a month now supposed to be out before the end of March. Checked Kidney Puncher they have moved the date to the week of 5/5 now. I have a pre-order that was supposed to be last week .Welcome to the party pal...

" We are currently waiting for response from Hana to find out an exact date as to when we will be getting our next large pre-order shipment. As it currently stands, the 8-10 week wait from date of purchase is still where we are looking. Yeah well I have seen posts here that say they MAY get the shipment by the 28th especially since it looks like they have not gotten one since the first of the month. That will put many people in the 10th + week we will see...Went back and forth with Hana yesterday they are not saying any more than the standard boilerplate statement contact the vendor on orders yeah done that. Basically it's all on SS Vape they took the money but I hope the word goes out to vapers not to do business with them and their new stores!!!

According to my calendar I am sitting on 10 weeks today. I'll likely cancel today just b/c they are so FOS. I definitely will not give Hana or SuperSkankyV my money again. I did get a perfect black v3 from GLV, so waiting isn't the issue. My only complaint with the whole thing is how unprofessional both parties are.

Protovapor has been excellent, as well. I ordered my XPV a week after my SS Vape Hana. Got the XPV last week, and it's great. If Vaporshark and Protovapor can manage this thing, why can't SS Vape? Oh, right - because they're greedy and incompetent.

Oh, I'm in week 10. I'm one of those who was promised March delivery, then 6-8 weeks, and now they claim it was 8-10 weeks when I ordered. These people have absolutely no problem with blantantly, obviously lying.

As of this coming monday, I will be past the 10 week mark. Long wait times on preorders should only apply to products that are still in the development phase, not for products that have already been released to market IMO.
