SSVapes still has the pre-order up, and still has "March 2014" on their web page for the Hanas.

I don't give a rat's tuckus what they posted on their FB page, it takes 20 seconds to change that, and they've had nearly a week since this started blowing up. They're just preying on the uninformed at this point, IMO.

They are completely mishandling their release to stores and vendors, and creating this crapfest where some people have easy access to them while most cannot get their hands on one. The amount of customer resentment they are creating will likely come back to haunt them one day. I've seen it happen too often.

Agreed. And thanks for the heads up. I now know why everyone was looking at me funny around this thread. While I will still do what I do. I now know what to expect from people here on ECF. They can complain all they want I guess. At the end of the day I still have a hana I'm trying to sell that I thought I wanted. Don't get me wrong great product just not for me. I'm done talking about this now.

It is Hanas fault. However SS Vape should take down the preorder until current on all preorders from February. Hana Modz can not keep up with this demand. Too many vendors and not enough people working to fulfill this.

The way Ssvape keeps it's pre pre order, Hana won't even be able pull them out quick enough, nevertheless there still other vendors. It's just a way of securing your money and you just can't do anything even if other vendor had it. Pure BS

If one manufacturer gets dibs on the first 1000 DNA30 boards, and demands changes to the programming to boot, of course other manufacturers are going to be hard pressed to get out their version of the DNA30.
That said, I have learned to HATE pre-orders, and took it upon myself to buy a Hana V3 from riverwalkvapors because SSVapes told me on the phone the Hanas wouldn't be arriving to SSVapes until the end of March. Hana told me that as well, which is why I went with riverwalk.
Gluck guys, I feel your pain, but in the end, it's definitely worth it. I wouldn't trade my V3 for the world!

I'm not blaming Hana for production delays. I'm blaming them for not establishing an orderly ordering system. Example:

A very well known Greek mod shop sells their products at very few online stores in the US - basically one each for East Coast, Midwest and West Coast. A local B&M with an online presence asked me to get them in touch so they could start selling their line of products. The modder had no problem having them sell the products in their local B&Ms, but said they could not sell them on their website, so as not to annoy existing vendors, and to avoid problems like this.

Hana should limit online sellers to a maximum of 3-4, and then allow others to sell only in store - no internet or phone sales. And they should also require the online vendors to split batches into pre-determined allocations for online/phone sales and in-store, and announce this on the website - and only allow pre-orders based on expected deliveries. This way, customers have reasonable expectations and don't work up a frenzy.

This works to make sales and deliveries fair, and minimizes flipping. Right now, there are probably more Hana v3s being flipped than there are open pre-orders on SSvapes alone. That is the very definition of supply chain failure. Can you imagine thousands of iPhones on Ebay for sale at multiples of MSRP while everyone is waiting for their already-paid-for iPhones to be shipped. The Apple forums would burn to the ground.

ZNA ,Hana they all are behind because of late shipments of DNA chips.Good luck if you can get anyone.The difference is ZNAs are not pre order if one site gets some you have a chance to buy it.( sometime 10 min that says they are not getting many) If not you wait until they get more.

FYI that has been a dramafest as well, but only due to delays caused by Evolv (mostly). They are shipping pre-orders since last week through this week, though.

The lady I spoke with (no name was given by her) said that it should get a mod out to me quicker and if they had more than one color option when filling the order they would call and give me a choice of what color I'd like.
