A lot of the cost involved with the ZNA is Zen paying a living wage to his employees, offering benefits, etc.
China does not have to worry about that sort of thing. As far as the difficulty to manufacture goes, I expect they can handle it. Especially if they are not having to work around an authentic Evolv chip.
Time will tell.
But that looks like that didn't happen. Probably didn't with other online retailers and B and Ms too.
SS is the issue, no other online or b&m retailers have dedicated threads of dissatisfaction.
Hana deliveries to other online and b&m retailers seem to be on schedule, again no complaints from others.
I guess it could be from anywhere, but my guess is that it would be from Maryland.
Why don't you just buy one from someone else and get on with your life? I don't understand why there's so much satisfaction in whining.

People that still waiting for ur Hana just cancel. My hana cuts off if i lay it on a table. Email hana about it. Said I was installed the battery wrong and it was my fault and not they crappy workmenship at Hana. I have a video going up now showing me installing a battery and it cutting off. This just sad for a 250 buck unit. Any time I had a problem with my provair. It was no questions ask and just fix. Now I have to just throw hoops and ladders in hope this mod is fix. This not cs for a high end mod. This not the workmenship for a high end mod. Just cancel and get a vapeshark or a clone or something. Don't support hana. Most bull.... I seen in a long time

Your right! I personnally don't think Hana gives to ..... about how his mods are sold and how this fiasco is causing a lot of people to think he's a richard. Hana modz likes to regularly point out they don't deal with customers, unless it's a warranty issue, but they could still show that they care and appreciate our business, and address the issue. He may or may not be at fault , may or may not care, but the fact is this has tarnished his name at least a little. He should be trying to protect his business interests in the very least. Take this mess and throw clones in the mix, and i guarantee some people will buy the clone who otherwise wouldn't. For the hana defenders, let me just say that I know most the blame lies with ssv, but thats been established already so I don't need to add to it
Yeah that evil evil virus about 6 months ago was disguised as a ups/fedex email. If u click it all your personal files got encrypted to a server and the hacker demanded 150 bucks for the decryption key, while a 48 hour timer started ticking down. If you diconnect from the internet, or let the time expire the key will be destroyed. Many ppl claimed to have paid and actually got the info back. There were businesses with 30 years of important records tied up in it, but it targeted anyone and everyone, especially students who would naturally have most of their course work on their laptops, all lost. My gf got hit with it and once she disconnected from the internet to try a fix, the timer disappeared and the files were unrecoverable.
I'd be pretty annoyed about that. I watched a video yesterday about a guys dna 20(don't remember the maker) whos screen would reset everytime he tapped it and it would go up .1 watt everytime. Can't remember video name for the life of me
I dont get how the QA isnt perfect on these, he makes like 3 units a week. What else is he doing?
I am piss. The fact the email I got back said I can't install a battery right was the straw that broken my back...
Sorry you're having problems with yours. I hope you can get it resolved. At the same time, I have to disagree with your assessment about the quality of the device -- at least on the first day. Of course, it might change over time. Fit and finish of this thing is just spot on -- perfect. Everything fits just the say it should. Everything works the way it should. I've found the taste in some juices tonight that I thought were not good, until I cranked up the power a little on the Hana v3. I have a red one, the battery doesn't move, the LED doesn't shut off unexpectedly, and any of the other problems you describe. I own 2 Reos, 2 Provari, and now the Hana Modz. After one day of evaluation, I think the Hana is going to be my goto mod for the foreseeable future. It's that good -- or at least, mine is! YMMV.

He's busy counting that cash! Hana and ssv have been hanging out seeing who can "make it rain" the most. That's enough venting for me tonight.
Yeah I watched the video he has had some kind of problem from day one. I know his battery is loose that was his last video.He put some card or something to keep it from rattling and falling out when he shook the mod probably part of same problem. I want to see if he sends it back or just play with it to make videos...

Extol, you aren't the first with major issues, and most likely not the last.
You expect this shoddy build quality and glitches from clones, and since you pay a large premium for the real deal these issues shouldn't be present.
I buy authentic devices all the time, but I'll gladly buy a China-made device when the real thing can't live up to its own hype.
