Its obviously Hana's problem at this point. SS isn't the manufacturer. Why are build fulfillments taking so long? Why are they adding new dealers to their network when they cant manage the preexisting ones?

So i called and talked to Ray @ Hyperion. After some people getting invoices from GLV on their sale a week or so ago, and then getting notified they were oversold, I wanted to investigate. Ray answered the phone and said that they have their inventory/ordering system set with a hard limit based on non-invoiced inventory. So when that last Hana is actually attached to a paid invoice all subsequent transactions will fail/show as out of stock prior to the payment authorization. He also advised that orders placed up to the time I called him 11:25 am PST would invoice and ship by the end of business. Just an FYI for those hopefully lucky enough to scoop one up before they were gone.
I hope this helped clear most of the people on the ssvape e-cig forum hana modz v3 list! 
I told them I could pretty much guarantee them they would all be gone by the end of the day and that they should be prepared to field a lot of calls and answer a lot of emails today.
Too bad you missed out on ikenvapes pre order. It just closed. The guy Issac that runs it, is a great dude and they should be shipping out next week.

What Hana Modz v3 wrap do you guys think I should get? Clear, or Clear Carbon wrap?
Yeah Isaac is a good guy. Used to get stuff from him a couple years ago when people were still all over the 'Cisco' spec'd 306/510 atties before everyone went BDC/RBA/RDA crazy.
I just can't bring myself to pay (certainly not prepay) $120 for what is basically just another RDA.
It's got some decent features but it's a fad. Like the Atomic, the Trident, the TOBH, and the Brass Monkee, rips new "best vape since yesterday" will be old news in a month.
Nice find on the HV Hana's though. I wonder if those were left overs from VB.
And speaking of Vapebash, clearly the delays from Hana were VB related. They were stockpiling mods and getting set up to go. I swear a high school yearbook club could run Hana's business's better than he is.

I don't why people keep parroting this, this is completely wrong. Actual reputable APV company owners have said publicly that the chip shortage was a one time thing when they were launched, and Evolv has had zero issues supplying chips since February.
