check that ground screw.... top right above the red cover. take it out and make sure it is clean, refasten. Snug , dont overtighten it ..
sending it in is a pain, but it came back to me in the same condition i sent it in. tried the Aqua that wouldn't fire before I sent it and what do you know, instant clouds

Kataphraktos, I did the same got one from ss, and hyperion. Both had atty connector problems, the pin was at the bottom. I took pried the pin up a little and got both working. I was using some IMR batteries that were about a month old when I got the hanas. I got a couple Sony VCT5 the other day, I can finally say the hana is now hitting better than my zna. The sonys really make a difference at any wattage setting.
This would be an easy fix, I'm building my own mods, so I could repair pretty much any issue. But the thing has a warranty, so I'd rather they fix it for me.
The pin doesn't look like it is recessed too far in my case. It looks like it protrudes a tiny bit more than the pin on my mini. i suspect a bad solder join on the board.
Even though I'm not very active in this thread anymore I still lurk and feel for you guys. All I can say is screw em all and buy a clone. These clowns (Hana and SSVapes) don't deserve your money or anyone else's. My mod journey finally ended today and I'm soooo glad I spent my money elsewhere. It cost me $40 more bucks and 40 days wait but my conscience is clean and no regrets.

I think Hana is well within their rights to protect their trademarked logo and they will settle/win. However, the market for no-logo Hana style box mods from China will continue to flourish unfettered.
I'm glad a manufacturer has finally stepped up to fight against the practice of counterfeits and trademark infringement. Some people try to blur them, but there is a clear line between a clone and a counterfeit. You can't trademark a billet of aluminum, but you sure as heck can protect your trademark from being stolen and traded on by others.
I just ordered one from SSvape (today) and there was no mention of backorder or pre-order. Should I just cancel it? Order says it's processing, but I'm not trying to give them my money to hold onto it for 2+ months.
Edit: Only ordered it because I could have sworn yesterday there wasn't even an option to select a color. Figured I'd give it a shot.

I just watched riptrippers review of the hana clone and everything he said was an issue with his clone I have with mine. crooked 510 check. clear red cover over the board check. I think that hana clones are hanas with no markings on them .
Hope you aren't serious. The chip problems are dead give away that the chip is a knock off. The real DNA 30 chip is solid. Believe me. Everything wrong with this mod, is on Hana Modz.
