The women I spoke with was very short, I asked about the Feb pre-orders and what the problem is... all she told me is that they are releasing a statement later today. To be honest, I feel this is a ploy to just get off the phone. I assume I'm not the only person trying to figure this mess out... I also expressed that they have my money, in which she replied, "I understand sir." I'm majorly concerned now...

Just spoke with Brigid. She said they are currently working with Hana to release a statement this evening. So I'm expecting it to get pushed back even further. I was okay with waiting but now it's just getting ridiculous. I'd be willing to bet that 50% of February orders don't have their Hana by the end of March. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will never be giving SSvapes business again.

Two: The support number provided on my invoice is incorrect. It forwarded me to a man by the name of George. Caller I.D. history showed the number coming up as MAKEOUTZ! lmao!

As far as I know the number on the invoice is correct.
I talked to George sometime in Februrary. He seemed clued into all the details of the pre-order then, and what he told me has been stated again later officially by SSV. He was a nice guy. Really helpful.

Ok, The call went straight to voicemail, like I said, I.D. says "Makeoutz". That's a bit confusing haha

I'm going to go ahead and say it's going to be impossible for them to actually be able to fill all the February preorders in the next 11 days.

I expect more BS in the statement, passing the buck from SS Vapes to Hana and/or Evolv.

When it is really irresponsibility on the part of SS Vapes, they should have stopped the preorder at some point, catch up on orders and then open it again. I am afraid it's simple greed, they seem to think the more preorders they can take the more money they will have/make/have temporary access too. There are few business who wouldn't want that much cash around, it's like a loan they could never get.

I read an article about why big companies risk doing illegal things for cash, (not that this is the case here, just immoral) and it made sense to me, every dollar in profit a company makes, they had to spend maybe 20 dollars in R&D, payroll, and other overhead. But every illegal dollar they can obtain doesn't have the overhead attached, it's looked at like free money. It's extremely attractive, if they can put five of those dollars in the next cycle, it's like it only cost $15 to make the next dollar and so on.

This issue will stain SS Vapes for as long as I shall live, and as the days go by Hana is starting to look pretty sour to me as well.
