We have been working with Hana Modz to come to a reasonable, updated estimate regarding wait time. We have taken into consideration Hana Modz manufacturing time and our turnaround capabilities. Due to circumstances beyond SS Vape and Hana Modz's control, we are experiencing a substantial delay.
ALL ORDERS WILL EXPERIENCE AN EIGHT (8) TO TEN (10) WEEK WAIT FROM THE TIME THE ORDER WAS/IS PLACED.
This lead time applies to all orders placed in February and in March.
We are doing are best to address inquires as they come in and keep everyone as informed as we can. Our SS Vape Support team is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and on Saturdays from 12 PM - 5 PM. Please remember that we are not a 24 hour support. If you wish to cancel your order at any time. You may place an email request to support@ssvape.com. All cancellation requests must be done via email. Please include the number of the order you wish to cancel with your first and last name. A representative will process your cancellation within twenty four (24) hours of receiving your request. Once the order is cancelled you will receive a confirmation email from shop.ssvape.com, as well as from the representative that processed your cancellation. It may take thirty (30) days for refunds to post to your account, depending on your credit card provider.

O well what's another few weeks. Hana Modz will probably never recover from this. I know I personally will never buy another one. Not with business practices like this.

I have the real Copper Black Stingray and it does not come with three standalone tubes, it comes with two engraved tubes and the only one you can use by itself would give you an 18350 Stingray (true blasphemy) to use any other battery you have to combine one of the engraved tubes with an extension. I do not think removing the black coating is a bad idea however because after two months of hard use it comes off anyway and not evenly. Great hard hitting mod that looks beautiful until handled for a bit, then you might as well get it over and make it pure copper color.
We were supposed to get emails? I didn't get an email.

Probably have to wait 8 to 10 weeks to get our email...

Forgot to add, no I don't have my Hanna and yes i'm angry. I have been on preorders for 1 Panzer Blackhawk, 2 Slug Mods, 1 trident V2, 1 Helios, 1 Origen V2, 1 DNA 30 chip, and 1 Lotus after I ordered my Hana mod and have received all!
