Maybe ss vape hasn't been giving us many updates all along because they actually had no idea what the problem was or what was going on and didn't want to throw hana under the bus... funny how hana thinks nothing of throwing evolv under the bus tho.. which I don't buy a word of just for the record..

ive benn vaping my new zentih with twisted 28g single microcoil...7 wraps on a 5/64 drill bit at .6 ohms ...very nice vape

I find the 0.6 / 0.7 to really be my sweet spot in my dual coil builds whether in my aqua tank or on my drippers. I'm happy when I seen the multimeter read 0.65.

Try a 6 or 7 wrap around a 5/64 bit or 7 or 8 wrap around a 1/16 bit. This should clock you in between 1.0-1.2 ohm assuming 28g kanthal. Verify the resistance on your multimeter of course first.

This is a great place to be with a single coil to start.

This is exactly what I think is going on. Could be wrong, but it would make a lot of sense.

thats cool ...you can just add more wraps to your coil ...10 wraps should take up to 1ohm or higher 1.1 or 1.2 maybe....but the twisted part I def reccomend...its pretty easy to do ...watch riptrippers tutorial on the twisted 28g microcoil....

I'll give it a try. Thanks. I don't have a mech mod and I don't think my vtr will fire that low.

my buddy has a vtr....as long as ur up over 1 ohm you should have no issues firing or with battery safety.

I have a triple twist of 32ga in a 10 wrap microcoil rock'in in my KFL+ as we speak. Sweet Vape IMO.

I haven't tried twisted coils yet. Right now kfl+ with 28ga chimney coil, 1.3 ohm. Noticeable difference vs standard coil.
