You think they would of ordered with their pre order list. Like if ten people ordered blue then get ten blue! Not ten (insert colors that are way down the list)

Thats what I don't get as well. Just getting random shipments is dumb. People from 2/25 are getting mods but people from 2/6 aren't. When you preordered is less important than what type you preordered.
I just thought though in their defense maybe they did order like that but because of cancellations it didn't work out.
Of course! Why are they ordering colors that aren't on the pre order list at all? Why is HM wasting his time building units that are not pre orders?
The video reviewer (like we needed his review) got a green Mini, and that is fine, as there are none on our list waiting for it. But of course that leads to the previous question.
Perhaps SS just ordered random colors....whatever. However, that sort of clashes with the essence of what a "preorder" actually is.

The mods they get are seperate
So they fill the orders in order of the same nod.
So my issue is I wanted a full size black.
Since hana doesn't wany to include it in shipnent I have to wait.

I think Hana builds them by color batches. Like gets fifty blue in from the painters, builds fifty blue, fills fifty blue orders. I have seen them state certain color batches are shipping before.
And if you had said yes, the dope would have no doubt sent it out. So no one on the list would've heard squat. Even more so, I am on the Mini list and I never got asked to switch to green before they sold it to the YouTube buyer within the last week.
Don't take it personally T1, calling in isn't the problem. They have done this sort of thing several times before and it drives me nuts. They obviously don't have policies intact or any professional manner of operations in general.

Been following this thread since the Mid 30's or so. Just wanted everyone to know that I cancelled my order for a Blue full size hana. Order number was 100001413.
I hope everyone gets their order filled quickly. I knew there was going to be a pretty long wait when I placed my order and I am a very patient person. I was willing to wait 3-4 months for this mod. After reading most of the posts in this thread I came to the conclusion that I did NOT want to give my money to ssvape or hana. IMO very poor business practices from both parties. I choose to bow out and build my own mod (if I can find a dna30 chip that is).
I wish all of you the best of luck.

Tell me about it. Everybody who ordered full blues ahead of me shipped. I happened to be the cut off point lol.
It is interesting to speculate:
if the next order (in 10 days) gets all red, and maybe a few green, and if they can keep up a 10 day cycle, then in twenty days, the get polished and a few Orange, then in 30 days some gumetal, etc etc etc...; then this could drag out quite a long time for those that ordered in the first two weeks of Feb and happened to order the unlucky color(s).
Also, how long until the next shipment of blue comes back around?

It's supply and demand these guys don't have large factories with hundreds of workers (like China). And if one component is late that screws production times up.
Finally passed the 5 posts thing. Been scouring this thread for awhile now time to add mine. My local B&M got five in yesterday. I was also there yesterday afternoon, but they didn't put them on display. Then while I was at work they posted they had them for sale. All sold in 30 minutes so upset. My order number is 818 ordered on February 24th Full size red.
They have been talking about this DNA 30 chip for months funny how we have not seen one China manufacturer with a finished device already out.Seems they would have flooded the market by now...
Ordered a V3 Green Feb. 12. Was shipped this morning. Looks like they're finally pulling their heads out of their asses.
Thats what i'm worried about as well. I'm going to email them and see what they say.
I wouldn't mind the mini, but not the same price as a full.
I feel the extra battery config and advancement in batteries with the vtc5 is nice to have.
Plus 1200 mah is really low.
Ilk have a dna30 with a lipo in may so I figured forget it and let the waiting game continue.
