Just kidding!!!, I have no idea, he probably feels like he should never had any part of it. Especially his comment that 50% is all about customer service. Epic failure there (on Trent's part).
Imagine (for a minute) u got a a Hana and it was misbehaving and you needed to send it back in for service (e.g. lipo replacement because it was defective, etc. whatever the case) when would u see it again?

I just picked up a soldering station and some of the parts to make some DNA30s based on mamu's how-to guide.
If I can build a couple of these without burning down my apartment building, and feel comfortable making these, I will look for more durable and perhaps interesting enclosures to make some more.
This is the beauty of the DNA30 - it has democratized mod making and placed it in the hands of the tinkerer.

Sorry Gents, but I've decided to bow out as well. The Hana is very nice, but the lies and lack of customer service on Hana's end have made me decide not to get one. I'm on the waitlist for a DB Modz Da Mini (which probably has a nicer button than the Hana anyways), and in the meantime I've managed to secure a DNA30 chip from a local dealer and have decided to build my own mod. Doing the outside out of Oak and Cherry wood and getting a buddy to 3D print the inner frame for me. Think I'm going to go with a 3000mah LiPo.

Literally 3 became available at AtoZ on Friday, gone in seconds, of course. They claim they are getting more in 2-3 weeks, which seems to be the statement from a lot of sites for both chips and mods.
My partner in Mod Crime got one of them. I have to spend a week or so learning the fine art of soldering, preferably without soldering my eyes shut in the process, before I apply heat to any precious DNA30 chips.
Yeah man, it takes a little time to learn the right way. Make sure you get decent equipment too. And flux, don't forget the bloody flux!

I don't think 15 watts with above a 1 ohm wrap is sufficient for a genisis tank. You need that low ohm high wattage (dna30)
Not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but the beauty of a DNA30 is the ability to build a higher ohm coil (more surface area) and still be able to crank up the power. In theory this should provide a better and more satisfying vape.

I too gave up on Hanamodz. Apparently there are only two dudes manufacturing these...Luckily, I scored a ZNA. I believe it's actually shipping today!
Bronze, Black, and Blue. In that order. I put in for the Bronze one before I ordered the Hana and I did the other two more recently. So we'll see how it goes. I like that Bronze color though, looks classy.
