My order #787 for a full/green went from "On Hold"(since ordered) to "Processing" now. Don't know if that means anything.
As previously stated I think, it's something they are doing with inventory. Means nothing as of yet.

Since we have started to receive hana modz shipments we have changed all orders to processing. The wait time still stands at .8 to 10 weeks from the date the order was placed.

Ok guys going to put a end to a lot if this tomo when I get home going to make a video with ss vapes on the phone question them on a lot of points that came up with Hana and mods being sold in stores. If any questions u want to hear on this call please say so. This will not be stage and a random call to them for the world to hear
I want to know why we are receiving sub par mods for full price. What is their plan to make this right.

Oooohh Extol, man. Just be mindful of the potential legal issues of posting the call. Maryland and Pennsylvania are both "Two-Party-Consent" states, and although Federal wiretapping law allows one-party consent, state laws may prevail in this case. I'm guessing you don't want to end up in court over this? Someone else here (Canucknnv, this means you!) is no doubt better versed in the details. You might want to mention the call is being recorded, even if you just mutter it in the beginning. No doubt, it will effect the outcome of the call.
As much as I'd love to hear more of their excuses, I'm just looking out for ya.
Remember they offer full refunds processed relatively quickly. Truthfully it is not like they took people's money and ran. They have made mistakes (lots of them) especially with taking way more pre-orders than they should have and below average communication and. Overestimated how many mods they would be getting on a weekly basis and when individual orders would be shipping but there not crooks.

No, definitely not crooks. Bottom line imho is that their ordering option should have been closed LOOOOOONG AGO. Maybe opened in small batches of 30-40 as they get in new shipments.
They're not holding up anyone's money though. The constant amending of the wait time is a bit scummy, but nothing illegal. First it was "Available March 2014", then it was "6-8 weeks". Then it grew to now "8-10 weeks". They're just using the early Feb orders as a measuring stick, and adjusting wait times to coincide with those dates to shelter from a potential ----storm.
i would like to know what theyre going to do about the colors not being right.
