I just want to let you all know, I called a few places on Hana's authorized dealers site, and ssvapes was BY FAR the rudest, hateful-est, not wanting to be bothered by my trouble-est mo' fo's that I came across! I only called one of the stores, not the "customer service" hotline. I didn't mention that I already had an order, I simply asked if they had any. And this dude acted appalled that I would be so stupid as to question the availability of said mods.
Surprise surprise, I DID manage to find two mini blacks, if anyone is interested pm me....not sure if I can post such tantalizing info on the thread. So that only confirms the "churning out certain color" theory. I assume I will receive mine if and when they decide to haul out a batch of full size silvers, and it will have nothing to do with the date I ordered.
As far as the other shops go, they were extremely nice and helpful. They understand the demand for this product and they're not inconvenienced when an innocent vaper calls to inquire. And for some strange reason, EVERYBODY EXCEPT SSVAPES could provide me with an estimate of when they would get more in! Which averaged out to be "sometime this month". According to ssvapes, they had no idea when more would be in stock.
I'm about thisfar from cancelling any and everything to do with ssvapes. They have an atrocious customer service "team" and I can find better and more friendly establishments upon which to thrust my hard earned dollars. I'm going to go to class and cool off, evaluate the amount of respect I have for myself when it comes to obtaining a hana, and go from there. I will not be talked to like sheet and made to feel like a dumbarse over an aluminum box. I would rather pay double to a nice, "happy to serve you" vape shop as opposed to dealing with rude "hate to bothered by you, I only work here to collect a paycheck and get my employee discount, eff you customer" type places.
