For some people (myself included) offers of help in the form of charity is emarassing. I do apologize for making that assumption. It was unfair of me. I do applaud those of you who offered. You clearly have good hearts and im pleased to have become acquainted with you.
Well thats sad that you think friends helping out friends is embarrassing. What is the point of friendship if not to be there for people when unexpected things happen.
A side note for anyone having trouble charging their Hana with that crap USB to micro-USB they send, try charging it with another micro-USB cable just to make sure there's nothing wrong with your Hana. I started having problems with my cable today (received my Hana late last week) and have to fiddle around with it by holding it in a certain position to charge. Tried another cable I have, which fits much better and doesn't stick out as far, and it works great.
I also found their cable is junk. I'm done with hana. Mine is already sold.

They have great cables at fair prices. That is where a lot of audiophiles in the know buy their stuff. Expensive cables are a gimmick and a ripoff.

I think I found a fairly high-quality retractable cable: Lenmar retractable Micro-USB to USB. It extends up to 2.5'. Only thing is some people report that the retractable bit is a tad flaky. The cable itself is quite nice, providing snug connections.
I am seriously considering canceling my order now too... I just don't want to give this guy any of my money.... nor do I want a overpriced blemished unit...

Hana Modz took off epically, and then failed epically with the influx of orders from SS Vape and the ludicrously low amount being made. I can't help but pity the maker.
