You really think $42 is a lot for a USA hand machined brass 18650 tube? There are small bottles of juice that cost over 20...

Id rather pay $320 for a perfect ZNA with an 18650 and get it a week later than pay $250 for a Hana I won't see for 3 months, and when it finally arrives it's scratched and/or the wrong color and/or not functioning.

Mike is making $60 on each ZNA, the manufacturing costs justify the price.

And I would rather support two people in the community who are actually stand up people with amazing CS, always there for us, than two scam artists who don't even answer questions and say "tough luck" or "it's not our fault" or "you are free to cancel."

But that's just me.

Hell I FB and video-chatted with Zen all night last night and he answered all our silly questions, updated us on everything going on at HOH, meanwhile Hana won't even answer an email.

I've had my ZNA since mid February BTW and have never once regretted the hour I spent to get one or the retail price I paid.

ZNA is my next purchase. Was waiting for the 510 fix.

Yeah, they never replied to me asking about them stating that they had no knowledge of the SSVapes pre-order either (when they obviously did). Been days now. i doubt they do.

On this I have to defend Hana. I'm sure what they meant was initially they never knew. They found out later when we complained but they never knew when they signed SS up as an authorized dealer that they would be doing a preorder.

I'm with you. My ZNA is amazing. I couldn't be happier.

On this I have to defend Hana. I'm sure what they meant was initially they never knew. They found out later when we complained but they never knew when they signed SS up as an authorized dealer that they would be doing a preorder.

They said that SSV told them they had closed the pre-order, and that they had no knowledge of it or the plans for it. The first bit could be SSV lying to Hana, but as to the second bit Hana has referenced the pre-order multiple times. If they simply meant that they didn't know that SSV was planning a pre-order, there would be no reason to state it the way they did and to differentiate between the plans for the pre-order and the ongoing pre-order.

It read to me exactly like I and some others took it. I asked for clarification (and nicely at that) and get no reply for days.

Hana is in the perfect position to defend themselves. Instead, we get either silence or canned responses. I see little reason to give them the benefit of a doubt in the absence of some explanation from the proverbial horse's mouth.

They accepted the order from SS . So that means they accepted the responsibility.

After Hana saying that SSV closed the preorder what, over a week ago, the pre order is still open at SS and still says 8-10 weeks, what chance is there that someone ordering now gets it in 10 weeks?

What's up wtih zna and 510s?

The 510 on the ZNA was non adjustable, and most every atty had a 1-2mm gap, some could back out the 510 screw and get it flush, most couldn't, I could almost get some stuff flush. But anyway all the new ZNAs from now on will have an adjustable 510 and people who own the old model can order a replacement pin for $15.

Sorry but for the price of the mod and that problem Mike should offer it free of charge.

It might look awkward but it actually feels really great in the hand. I tried to get info on the 650 extension rumor but nada, most of the ZNA users actually like the open space on the 650 ZNA, perfect pinky spot.

All you have to do is buy the extension tube for $40 to use an 18650.As I said earlier that makes it $320...no dice.

Guys, SS vapes will eventually bury or delete all the critical posts on FB. Lets all posts reviews here: SS Vape - Hanover, PA | Yelp and any other business review site we can. Yea I cancelled my order because i scored a Hana from GLV but i still got a pitchfork ready for SleazySlimy vape.

Don't forget Google maps
