This is seriously funny! You wouldn't know the difference unless you popped it open. Especially with QC not being that high on the authentic device. Its not really that hard for China to clone an aluminum box and wire it up with a dna chip.
That Malaysian site posted a few pages back is now out of stock, and for the price plus shipping you could buy two VaporShark DNA30's.
For those asking I purchasing two VS DNA30's in gun metal. One arrived 4 days after I placed my order, with the other arriving in 3 days. Gun metal was in stock on April 1st when I placed my second order, while black had a two-week wait time.
Yeah, that's true. I imagine they are approaching the danger zone right now in regards to cash.

But remember they said those were separate entities, the excuse for why it was ok to sell Hana's in those stores that should have been shipped to preorders.
I am pretty sure the clone will be obviously different, they have been using pics of real Hana's for the clone but the legit clone pics show a different seam to the back plate. If it stays like that the clones will be obvious to spot.
Plus they are full size but have a lipo.

As per Hanas page it is up to the RETAILERS to decide what method of selling works best for them. SO this leads me to believe wholeheartedly we paid for the first round of Hanas for all ssvapes. They then sold ours in store. And gave us the left overs as a peace offering. Because the reality is they made double and it works best for them. No matter what we say they will sell out in minutes to local vapers. If something isn't done soon, all those who have yet to receive mods may be waiting until the very end or worse yet out 249 bucks with nothing to show for it.

I'm reading that people from feb. still havent received theirs. It's just a dna30 in a Hana, it's not vodo magic in them.
You can pick up a VS enjoy today, before u know it the China clones will be here with the same $250 scratch for $100 and get a full size then. VS will most likely have the big brother version ready by the time this list even comes close to closing.

I was kinda wondering if VS was working on a full size. If they were smart, they would be. They could really put a dent into Hana's business.
Does the vaporshark finish still come off easy? Like some people have shown around the 510. And did they really need the screen on the bottom? I feel like there are just as small mods with the dna 30 but its not on the bottom. Actually I know there are. It's just weird.

I've got both the DNA20 and DNA30 versions of the VaporShark. The coating appears to be the same on both of them. My coating is pretty nonexistent around the 510 connection on my DNA20. The coating on the bottom around the screen is also pretty much gone. The rest of the box is perfect. I can handle the coating not lasting too long in those places, as the atty covers the top I expecting to wear over time. I've had the DNA20 since December. The DNA30 is pristine, but I've only had it a couple weeks.
I forgot to comment on the screen being on the bottom. At first I really didn't like it, but over time it has grown on me and I actually like it.

Most certainly. Spoke to Oscar personally back when I order my VS. one other person had a similar conversation as well. Look they had a small problem (magnetic charging system), they nip that in the bud sooooo fast. Called everyone and offered what they could ship that day. Look I understand it's not a full size unit but sh^t it's not $250 and only my Russian 91 put a scratch on the top. Otherwise it's been stellar.
Few people had a bad component, prepaid return shipping immediately, they really are taking care of business. Check out the thread it no way as long as this one and u will have the 411 about them.
I have no skin in the game with either. But damn support who desires it. And that may help push the full size unit ahead of schedule...
@supersport20, U mean the 2 skinz companies I reached out to, order just like any one else and had it shipped the next day. Yes any day now they'll have full skinz. Others made they own, as the units are a bit slippery. I am going to attempt to make a custom one for my waiting on the vinyl to come in. I am done now, lets take this over to either of the 2 VS threads.

Personally I have no problem with people posting about other devices here. I had originally suggested this thread be started from another hana thread but I didn't have enough posts to start one at that time. If we had orders coming in this would be a different story. This is exactly why this thread was made. To provide awareness to consumers, the manufacturer and SS that we are not going to sit and wait. We want to see proof of orders. So what if it manifests into something different. It still seems to me to stay within the reason why Tastyjuice started this thread. I canceled long ago and I am still here.
I think if these manufactures read this it will give them some insight on WHAT NOT TO DO WHEN SELLING THESE PRODUCTS. It's all about being responsible business owners.

They took care of me quickly. The DNA20 chip went wonky on the one I received in December. The screen fried, but it would still fire. I called VaporShark and they sent me a prepaid label. I boxed it up, sent it back to them, and 4 days later I had a brand new unit. No questions asked. I actually have a place in my heart for VaporShark, as I purchased my first setup from them on August 12, 2013. That's the day my wife and I quit smoking. We were in Miami for a surgery that my daughter had to have. I still purchase quite a bit of juice from them. They are top notch when it comes to customer service.
Just an FYI: I emailed GLV earlier about the possibility of their next Hana sale..asked if they might carry gunmetal this time around. They responded saying they would not be carrying Hana Modz anymore oh well, on to the next one

They're smart. They probably don't want to deal with all the BS that goes along with carrying them.
