Extol, I'm really confused by the video. Your problem seems to be that the connectors are spaced too far apart, yet, in the video you expand the connectors even further. Am I seeing this right, or misunderstand what you're doing in the video? It seems, if anything you should be trying to reduce the space between the connectors.

Ok guys. I know some of you saw the video. Let me explain a little. Yes video was up and taken down due some ....ing crazy threats I had that day. So yeah it was taken down. I have also did another one tonight that little less harsh. But states about the same thing. Here next day or so I going re upload the first one I did but explain at the start why it was taken down.
Extol, you are absolutely correct. Nobody deserves to be talked to like an idiot, unless that person really deserves it. You, my man, have every reason to be ...... off. It is sad that "expert reviewers" on youtube are treated like celebrities, getting free products to hype them up, and the ordinary vapers like us are bottom feeders, getting whatever is left over, where we as a whole are contributing to their ever growing bank accounts. We're the ones that are really paying for it at the end, and ultimately, we are the ones that determines who sink or swim, so when we start taking our hard earned money elsewhere, even if it's just one person, that's another $250 that won't make it to their bank account.

Just saw on hana's fb page about some guy calling ss vapes in regards to his order. SS told him that Hana will be shipping units directly to customers that preordered! ...?

Wow could they actually be doing something that makes sense and benefits paying customers? Pinch me im dreaming, right?

Hopefully they just handed hana the pre order list and said whenever you get these colors ship to them, as in SS gave the money for the mod plus shipping.

I sincerely doubt this is the case. That opens up tons of legal doorways that are both bad for the consumer and bad for Hana.

For example what do you do if you receive a DOA mod? Can't complain to SSVape because they never filled the order. Can't complain to Hana because they never had a contract with you in the first place. What happens if a mod gets lost in the mail? If this is the case I assume that any issues would be handled with a "talk to the other guy" response.

Hana can't get mods out fast enough already so why would they take on the extra responsibility of shipping directly to customers. If they were okay with doing that, they would sell directly to us consumers.

I'm sure both Hana and SSVape understand the relationship between manufacturer, retailer, and consumer, despite their poor business choices.

Yeah saw the same thing that's the way it should have been done from the jump. But I don't know if that is true.

Hey guys that have Hana's, when u plug the usb into a windows 7 pc do u get the "unable to install/identify usb source" error on the bottom right of the pc screen, but the hana still charges properly? Thanks

Anything that doesn't have windows drivers is going to give that message because windows can't figure out what's actually plugged into the USB port. The USB is powered so yes it will charge the device, probably slower than into a wall outlet but it will charge.

I pulled the tabs up so they are closer together as lot of people said that for the problem or a battery spacer would work also. Both didn't fix the problem and nipple top still does the same thing. No matter what I do with the battery holder nothing fixs the problem. Why I think it's a losse or bad wire job.

so i just posted this on hana modz facebook.....

gettin some screws in the mail is all fine and dandy but there is a lot more to this company then mailing easily replaced parts. how about the hundreds even thousands of preordered mods that havent been delivered? or how about when customers send their mods in to hana to be fixed only to have them come back in worse shape then before, then hana blames the customer for the damage. how about the colors not being what a customer ordered then when someone asks why the color isnt right they say its just the light you are looking at it wrong, when plainly you see the difference between teal blue and dark blue. there is many things going on with this company that are wrong. but as i said, im glad you are happy with your screws. i just sucks that a lot of people are gettin "screwed"

We can't all be brainy enough to hire someone to make our purchases for us. And going to said extent is borderline OCD. Going through all that trouble to get popular atomizer.

Said it before. Going to say it again. First world problems.

I hardly think that's brainy or ocd. It's called a personal shopper, that's their job. To buy stuff for you that you can't get where you live then mail it to you..... How is this any different then having a friend buy something for you then give it to you? It's not... This is the job that some people have, so I hired them. It's really easy and not uncommon. If I find an item that I want and the shop won't sell over the phone, I do what I can to get it. You have to in this market. I don't see why anyone would wait months when you can make an extra phone call and have it in two days. To each his own I guess.:2cool:

haha you are full of (not)helpful info. the mini has a passthrough you can plug into the comp and vape while you click around on the computer. the full version dunno if it will charge but im pretty sure it would... just not a passthrough so no point to plug into the comp
