I got a shipping notice from our good pal, George as well. I'll be happy to have this crap over with. (Crossing fingers it isn't a mess upon arrival.)
If it makes you feel a bit safer, there are folks out there willing to pay you MSRP for a device with scratches, crooked connector and crooked screen. So if you do get any or all of those "features", you should be able to sell it and get your money back in minutes.

I hardly think that's brainy or ocd. It's called a personal shopper, that's their job. To buy stuff for you that you can't get where you live then mail it to you..... How is this any different then having a friend buy something for you then give it to you? It's not... This is the job that some people have, so I hired them. It's really easy and not uncommon. If I find an item that I want and the shop won't sell over the phone, I do what I can to get it. You have to in this market. I don't see why anyone would wait months when you can make an extra phone call and have it in two days. To each his own I guess.
