Just talked to Brigid. Won't be another shipment for two to three weeks. That'll put me at about 13 weeks.![]()
You gotta wonder if SSV does think it's ok to sell the mod that came for a canceled person. Seems like common sense that it would go to the next person but with this "company" you never know... It would help explain the glacial pace.

Looks like now that they arent hoarding units to sell for cash at vapebash, there gonna start popping up much more often. That and a huge part of the demand thats now tracking their incoming hana clone, you guys will score a device in the next few weeks. Just help each other out, if you see them in stock, get yours bought and then post the site here immediately. Everyone that still needs one, I'm sure checks this post at least daily. Shinu once urs is in the mail maybe you can share your source with a few guys who are at top of list.

I have made many attempts to contact via phone only to get a update on the order. I understand this particular item I ordered is a "problem child", and a high stress subject within your business I understand.... nonetheless it's a high dollar item. When I call, it prompts me to enter a direct line number or to push 0 to speak with the operator. I push 0 and listen to music for 10 minutes before I usually just hang up. I thought that possibly this could be a issue with my phone, but have tried from 3 different landlines, and including my cell phone. the "contact us" link on your website is a option that I have attempted to take in the past to communicate twice, and the given waiting period for a response posted, was never acknowledged, as I never did get a response. Because of my reasons given above, and many other reasons widely expressed throughout the vaping community I have chosen to request that my money be refunded to me. Thank you- Aaron F.

Well guys. Mine is fine. It was my atomizer. Checked a v2 trident at a vspe shop where I got my Helios's and it was good. Also the Helios was good as well.
