I know there is a thread about this already, Unfortunately, I cannot reply on that thread being that I'm a new user. To be honest I found this site because of my growing concern with the Pre-order. that's why I decided to create an account with this site.

Anyway, I pre-ordered on Feb 20th, I have been reading the released statements and other posts via FB and such about concerns with this pre-order. Today I decided I wanted to create my own opinion on this matter. I first emailed SS vape support. To find out that I couldn't not send my email because the address wasn't verified. I don't know if this is Yahoo just being dumb or not. I tried several times just to find the same result. So, I then called the # provided, I got someone named George voicemial... hmmm. I looked at the call I.D. after tyhe phone call and it read MAKEOUTZ!!!... ( ooh boy)... At this point I'm a little worried. I find the number to SS vapes Hanover PA store. Call them, I gentlemen on the phone (very nice) explained these online pre-orders were handled at a shipping and receiving warehouse and that he has absolutely no information on the pre-order... Very disappointing to say the least. Sooooo, I found the # for the warehouse customer support. I explained that I pre-ordered on Feb 20th, and was wondering if they began shipping Feb orders. The lady I was speaking to said no, and that they are currently working out issues with hana modz and there will a statement released later today (March 19th). I explained that quite a number of people have called this support line and have gotten the same exact response. I explained this is a span of four weeks+. She had nothing to say about it. I found it to be very strange. That for a while now, customer support has the same exact answer for worried and concerned customers. I'm beginning to not like this and may cancel my pre-order.

Very strange stuff man!
 
I will never pre order anything again. This has taught me that I simply cannot tolerate being told "sorry, something went wrong but it is not our fault". True or not, it is irritating. At this rate, by the time I receive my box I will be so loopy from anticipation, I'll throw a welcome home , Hana party! Everyone will be invited:)
