Kat, could be the number of flavor wicks in which you are installing. Try adding one more strand to see if that helps. The fact that one moved around tells me that they are not taking up all the space in the juice entry slots. When the sabot is all put together, the flavor wicks should not fall out of sabot or be so loose you could knock them out easily. You can also try fluffing up the ends too. That helps them absorb more juice and swell to fill the space.
Also, on the juice darkening. I would be curious for those who are seeing a darkening list their nic level and those not seeing it happening also list their nic level. I read a blog by Mike Petro that discussed how heat causes nicotine to break down into another form which darkens during this process. Another component could be the wattage in which we are running. Lower resistance or higher voltage could be increasing the heat level increasing this darkening. And I have to think that some color could be leaching from the wick too (from caramelization on the coil and wick). I rarely refill my tank as it isn't the only device I use. So my juice stays in it for a longer period of time than I suspect it does with others. But regardless of either reason, there doesn't seem to be any reason for worry.
I will try and find that blog and post since it was an interesting read.

Yup, all three play their roles in the breakdown of nic. Though not so sure the oxygen and light are nearly as fast at doing so as heat. But that is the reason for the amber glass bottles (the reduce the light exposure). Have also seen it suggested that as you use nic, to break it down into smaller bottles to reduce the larger surface area and oxygen exposure, plus storing in freezer. Of course the latter suggestions are for the DIY juice maker.Nic will darken over time with oxygen as well as with light. I always thought heat played its role, too.

I must say I'm really impressed with how well the stock heads are working for me. I always rebuild them with cotton, but my home improvement project, along with work has left me little time to play as of late. Popped one in this AM...not to shabby.
On another note, I had 3 Trustfire charges. That is until today. One died overnight, and one now only charges in 1 bay. Strange that both would go belly up overnight??? So all I have left is my mobile charger at work lol.
Just ordered two EH 2014 WS1 chargers. Hope they work good!

Check your electrical outlet for power fluctuations, if it moves between 110-120v or spikes and drops it could be a power problem. Might consider a line stabilizer. Just something to check.
