Prolly a silly question...... but ikbtops, did you remove the stem thingie first as pictured in Dan's video? I am not aware of differing sized ARO heads.

Haha. Nice one. Yep, I removed the stem. The part that is too large is the flat round part the adapter fits over. I'll re watch the vid and make sure I'm not missing something.

....Aha! Figured it out. It was upside down.

You may have ordered ARO heads, but it doesn't sound like that is what they sent. I have bought them from numerous different places and have always been the same. Now once I bought some that looked like ARO heads, but it didn't state it and they had the larger rings on the base.

Your crapshoot. I just buy what is known to fit. Too hard for me to remember the pecking order of which fits what, so keeping it simple.

The only Kanger heads that would work would be the ones that fit the T3S. The head was not as big around as the Protank head. I have some but I have not tried them.
