I'm using a efest imr 18650 rated for 35 amps. My duel coil is .3 ohms. If I've imputed correctly it says I'm pulling 12. Something amps. I can't tell if the battery is getting warm cause the build deck and housing are. The question is... is .3 too low? Thanks!

A new wrapper doesn't turn a 20a battery into a 35a battery. They are LG18650HE2 cells under that pretty purple wrapper.
My personal rule of thumb is to avoid going above 50% of a batteries continuous amp rating. So a 0.4 ohm build (10.5a) is as low as I would go with that battery.

I'm still learning as well but at my calculation you would be pulling 14A. The only thing I would be concerned with is I haven't heard much good about efest batteries and that seems to be a really high amp limit. Hopefully someone can shed better light than me.
Well if you have to ask in the new members forum, then absolutely yes, 0.3 ohms is too low for you.
But numerically, if you have a genuine 35 amp battery, then as you correctly calculated, your amp draw is about 12 amp at 0.3 ohms.
To check for you battery getting warm, feel the bottom of the mod. The top will get warm because that's where the coil is
