Salt nicotine diy question

I am new to this site I apologize if I did something wrong. I need help! I make my own salt nic juice and cannot find salt nic. I vape 100mg/ml pg based. Nude nic and nic river (one is closed) is a no go. One closed and the other I cannot order if I am not a business. I have found a couple options and one is vg based and the other is pg/vg mixed. The only one I found is 250$ to ship. Any help would be so appreciated! Thank you !

Your general location (state, province, country, etc.. ) would be likely helpful as the laws change from place to place. Afaik salt nic is sometimes less harsh at high nic levels. It depends on the reactant though and there are hundreds, though most often 1 of 2 are used. “Nic Salts” only tells half the story. “Salt” is always sodium chloride, but mix any acid with any base and you get A salt. And if one reactant is nicotine you get a nic salt. VG has calories in it. It’s pretty close to sugar that isn’t sweet. Myself I will be getting rid of a lot of unprotonated nic as Im quitting. My vapocolypse store is no longer needed. I’ve actually got some old nude nicotine. Won’t be for several moths though. I want to quit and stay quit for a while before I sell it off. As you are noticing it’s not super replaceable.

Really? That’s the way I to buy it because I duplicating a recipe from a website that closed down and got some direction from the owner and what he biught was like 1,000 dollars or something. I end up after the calculator at about 18mg of nicotine

You're right, it appears Delosi doesn't offer PG or VG salt, only 50/50. At least at the moment.

As far as Salt offerings being out of stock at Nic Giant, you'll just have to keep checking everyday. 2024 saw 4 losses in the nic retailer world for some reason and I have no idea if there was some sort of enforcement wave that happened as I don't even pay attention to that stuff anymore. I suspect it's gonna get worse so when you see it come back in stock, buy as much as you can afford and freeze it.

TheVapeMall and VapingZone don't even appear to sell it. CentralVapors only sells it in VG.

This is so strange to me because it appears Salt is more popular in general. But maybe DIYers don't use salt that much so they don;t offer much or any?

I suspect DIY is a dying market with the new generation of vapers. They just want convenience, like smokers. I don't think it's a very profitable market anymore and for that reason alone I wouldn't be surprised if we lose a few more nic retailers this year.

100mg salt nic has become much harder to get because of regulations and a lot of vendors either closed or moved to wholesale/business only sales. Nude Nicotine restricting sales and Nic River disappearing hit a lot of mixers hard.

Personally, if you can still find PG based 100mg salts at a reasonable shipping cost, I’d stick with PG over VG. It’s easier to work with, mixes more consistently and stores better long term from my experience. A lot of DIY mixers still prefer PG base for those reasons.

Delosi Labs/NicBase is the only US supplier I know of still retailing Salt in 100mg/ml strength. Price is reasonable at $106/liter or $381/gal. But only available in 50/50 PG/VG.
