Some more specifics would make it a lot easier to answer. What brand of 18350 is it? They're not all created equally.

As for the Kanthal, for someone new to rebuildables, 24G is too large a diameter to use. Typically if you're using 24G wire you're going to be getting below 1Ohm and that's with a large coil diameter and/or qure a few wraps - too many, actually. I think it would be wise to invest in either 30G or 28G Kanthal for now. You shouldn't really be attempting anything below 1.2Ohms at this stage as you don't seem to have enough of an understanding of Ohm's Law or the amp limits of the batteries you've bought. Eventually you'll learn enough and be safe to go lower.

As soon as you can find out what brand you're using, we'll be able to give a clearer answer.

Batteries are the last place you would want to pinch pennies. Those that you ordered are at best a 3 amp battery, and are not safe at any resistance, especially in a mechanical mod.

You ONLY want to use "safe chemestry" (IMR) batteries if you want to learn how to use RDA's on a mechanical mod. I would also suggest 18490's as the smallest battery size suitable for that use. (AW IMR 18490's are 16 amp)

Well the 18650 are better suited for low resistance vaping. Like I said before even with good quality 18350 you still want to stay at or above 1 ohm. If you already prefer vaping > 1ohm then the bigger batteries are just going to give you more run time between charges.

Also, 24g wire is definitely to big for "regular vaping". I have some 24g but only use it for messing around.
You'll just have to pay around till you find what you like. I'd suggest getting some small amounts of Kanthal in several sizes. I vape a .6 ohm coil and use 27g Kanthal A1

OK I'm starting to understand the ohms law but I want to be save and I have no interest in the sub ohm stuff and my order shipped out on the 12 so I can't cancel wish I would have did more research anybody know a site or anything that shows you how to find the right ohms for different batteries I wanna learn as much as I can don't want to be the one that has a battery explode in my face
