Lawmakers Throw Light on Secretive 'Operation Choke Point'

I take issue with the headline saying lawmakers are throwing light on Operation Choke Point. They are only doing something about it because pawn shops and other gun dealers "threw light on it".

However, this is the first time I heard of it being used against tobacco products of any kind. It doesn't surprise me since I have heard the CVS decision was partially rooted in special interest groups and the government applying pressure.

before someone jumps down your throat for this, let me say, I have no idea if this is actually the case. Given the information that I received and the knowledge of operation choke points unethical pursuit of "unfit" businesses it seams to make sense that the FDA would use operation choke point to do something like this. Especially with the quote from Reddit where ebay calls out the FDA
