I'm a longtime lurker of ecf, using the invaluable info here to help get started on vaping a couple years ago and then support my hardware obsession phase for awhile. It wasn't until I took the diy plunge a couple weeks ago though that I finally found my vaping hobbyist "niche" and decided I should finally join up and participate ;) So this is a big thank you to all here who have helped to create this fantastic resource for diy.

My first reaction upon mixing my first juice was probably like most: holy hell I can do this! Even with two solid years of vaping experience, I still thought there was some knowledge/supply barrier that would prevent me from creating "vendor-level" juices. I'm pleasantly finding out that I was wrong. I lean towards tobacco juices and 555 is probably my favorite flavor profile. I've tried some of the various recipes posted here (thanks particularly to dannyv45 for his simple yet tasty recipe) and am currently working on a clone for my favorite 555/variant: NLV's Line Rider. See you all around here!
