Ok, can someone tell me if the bottle is supposed to be hard to press?
What I mean by that is the bottle has no give. I have to press super hard for it to even move.
It makes it difficult to "squonk" with one finger.

Mine gets that way when the tube gets jammed into the bottom of the bottle. I cut some v-notches for that reason but still pull the bottle down a bit every time I refill.

By the way, I'm diggin' the white Reo. The Provari will slowly become less awesome. Mine collects dust. :)

Mine has been like this since I got it which was just yesterday.
ProVari cannot become less awesome......have only had it a month.
I didn't buy it for it to collect dust.

Every device has it's place.
My ProVari is set up for dripping so I can switch flavors at will.
My REO having that huge 6ml bottle means I can chill in bed and not drip. ;)

Sometimes the bottles are hard when they're brand new....they relax more as they are used. The first "feeding" is harder to get the juice up the tube the first time. But if it persists, it also can be indicative of a feeding issue. So if you feel like you're not getting good enough flow, then the bottom of the tube is the first part to check. If it is stuck to the bottle, then you can simply cut an inverted V in the bottom of the tube and that will stop any vacuum action from happening. If that doesn't fix it, you can run the end of a paper clip through the hole in the center of the connector. That should take care of any blockage. Keep us posted. :)
And congratulations...I love the white!

Thank you!!! I'm extremely OCD when it comes to anything white- gotta have it! :D

I tried to get some decent pics to show you the tube. Mine isn't completely touching the bottom and has a curve to it. I can see juice going up in it, it's just the bottle is so hard I have to take the door off and squeeze hard.

I've had mine for 2 week now. I'm not sure if this is the case for you or not. When I first started I was pressing the bottle harder and for short period of time. But I found that less pressure for a longer period is easier and works better. If you take the drip tip off you should be able to see the juice fill the atty.

Looks like your tube is close enough to the bottom to bottom out when squeezing the bottle. Snipping a little off might help.

You can also try a very hot water soak on that bottle. Sometimes that will make them more pliable. If you have the extra bottle try switching and see if there is any difference.

Hi Scan,
Just to confirm, when you "squonk", with no atomizer attached, can you see liquid flowing up thru the centre pin of the 510 cup?

One of the kids had a bit of CA in the metal 510 center pin from when the tube was attached.
I was getting NO flow. The bottle was rock hard.
After a quick phone call to Rob, I pulled the feed tube off, and from the 510 down, inserted a .08mm drill bit into the center pin hole. I poked and twisted for a few seconds and out popped a little plug of CA. Done and done.

Since it's apart, give it a scrub and dry.

Good luck
I

Man, another pic to edit the deek-a-like out of so its family friendly :)

Since I'm new around these parts I can't tell if the ProVari put downs are meant to be funny or not.
I don't post MY pics for someone to decide they need to be cropped and show it how someone else feels it should look.
Interestingly enough in the ProVari forums everyone who owns BOTH devices enjoys proudly displaying them and mentioning they're the best of both worlds- I know, I say it often.

I'm not certain now how I feel about this whole "family friendly" since I refuse to be limited to one device regardless of how much everyone likes it.
I choose to use a ProVari and a REO and I'd appreciate you not editing my pics.

Scan, just funnin :) and goin easy too :). Didn't mean to come off as rude or offend you by hazing ya like that.

After you get to know me, you'll (hopefully) find that I like to joke around but I know from experience that what I often think is funny many people don't. :)

And...

If I was into tube-age, I'd prolly have some just like that too. It looks pretty cool as far as tubes go.

Fixed the pic above too.

Pssst.....Scan's not a bro either! ;)

Scan - I had a similar problem and my o-ring inside my bottle had buckled up into the cap, blocking the juice flow. Give that a check too!
