Recently a good customer wrote to us and it occurred to me to post this as it is probably also on your minds too:

"Customer notes:
Love WTA. Suggestions: 1. Bigger sizes would be amazing. 2. Unflavored WTA waiting list would be wonderful. I don't have the time to constantly check, I have never seen it available. 3. More consistent stock and supply of a variety of nic strength for all WTA liquids. I buy liquids exclusively from you guys, you do great things and want to support you, but the things above can be quite frustrating. Sometimes I feel like "JUST TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY!". Were availability more consistent your business would certainly increase on my end, I bet others feel this way too."

I sincerely thanked him for his suggestions, however, I told him we are in a tough stocking situation at the moment and are dancing as fast as we can. Jerry has purchased new machinery to help him increase production and is currently awaiting delivery. He has also invested in additional space so that product can be expedited. It is his good fortune to have doubled his customer base in the last year, but the downside is running through product at lightning speed.

Our goal is to have a fully stocked store in all eliquids and be able to offer DIY WTA to everyone you wants to purchase a bottle. We ask your indulgence for another month or more while we set up our improved production schedule.

We thank all of our loyal customers who have been ordering and sticking it out with us during this time. It means much to us.
:)

Your problems are good ones to have.

For what its worth - I also buy juice exclusively from Aroma, yet any inventory issues haven't really affected me all that much. I've simply made bigger, less frequent orders. So you've all been doing a great job.

That said, not feeling like a squirrel preparing for winter will be a welcome change ;)

I like Aroma eJuice. Not only because it's WTA infused either. So far I've tried 5 flavors, 555, DK-Tab, Flue Cured, P-38 & NuPort and they all are very good with NuPort (please keep it in the line up!) being my favorite of any juice I've tried (WTA or non-WTA).

I'm a new customer (3 orders inside 7 days) and I've felt the same way that was mentioned. But I believe that Aroma is doing everything they can to ramp up production, so I don't mind checking online to see what's in stock and maybe placing an order if it's something that (NuPort) I (NuPort) really (NuPort) like (NuPort)!

I'm confident that things will get better in time and it'll be much easier to get the flavors we all enjoy! :toast:

    Somewhere between here and there
I'm kinda glad that I'm not dedicated to one particular flavor of wta and don't mind switching to a different one when a bottle is empty. I checked the site and several of the most popular ones are out. I'm sure there will be more in the near future.

    I've got some 555 WTA. I meant I need regular 555. I like 18mg so I have to buy 12 & 24 and mix. Site only had 24mg

Rest assured gang....we will be back up to stock this weekend.

Inspections from local municipalities, meetings with attorneys, meetings with chemist and meetings with university officials has kept me away.

I'm proud to say we have meet both city and state regulators and passed those inspections with flying colors.

We have another inspection going on today and we should be done with inspections for a while.

Add other factors, such as the person who bottles for us was on vacation, and waiting for additional supplies makes it hard to keep stock up to desired levels.

I can safely say that inventory is ready to be bottled, and we have WTA ready to go as well.

Since I'm knee deep in this manufacturing plant setup, I have laid out the ground work and will make sure that our productions will be "Green Friendly" which will help ease future inspections as well. Granted, we already recycle bottles and paper. However, my goal is to have zero emissions and discharge in our new facility. Today, I managed to secure our future electrical power which will be 100% clean and Green. Our power will be generated from Solar Panels. Lastly, all waste from our raw goods will be recycled to other industries thereby mitigating consumption of our local land fills.

If I could give that a SUPER LIKE I would. Not that I give a crap about the environment, but it sounds like you're busy laying the infrastructure for very big things! It's a bit unfortunate that these transitions are taking place right when WTA is getting another buzz, but hey, when people get a taste of the real deal and compare it to any others they'll know where to go.

Sweeeeeet! So glad to hear that things are coming together for you, Jerry! It seems you have another WTA competitor with WholeCig, and while I'm giving their stuff a try in order to be fair, I must say that your WTA juices are my no.1 go-to. I was gettin' pretty antsy seeing all the "not available" tags on so many items, but I'm confident that you'll be stocked up fairly soon, given that things seem to be going very well for you guys!

Quick (stupid) questions: when I choose the option of lower nicotine, does that also cut back on the rest of the WTA's level as well? And will you in the future offer plain VG or PG on your site for DIY's?

Looking forward to buying more top-notch juices from you all! Thanks so much!

A quick aside: I deeply respect your efforts in keeping your productions "Green Friendly" and your emissions low. There's only so much recycling can do, given that much of what we think is being recycled isn't, but cheers for looking beyond recycling as you improve your facilities!

I may be speaking out of line but in an attempt to answer your question, (I would certainly welcome any correction from radiokaos)...
It has been my assumption that the concentration expressed for the Aroma solutions includes the total of alkaloids. Meaning that for a concentration of 24mg/ml for example, the 24mg would include all of the alkaloids in that measure a very high percentage of which would be nicotine (roughly 95%) and the balance (5%) would be the remaining dozen or so alkaloids that provide the extra magic. If my ratio is correct that would indicate a concentration of 22.8mg/ml of nicotine alone.

While this would be lower, the effect of the nicotine available, its physio-activity, would be enhanced and the other compounds would also have their own effects. In short, it is not comparing comparing apples to apples when you are comparing WTA concentrations to Nic only concentrations. The effects of each type of juice should be gauged respectively.

Personally in comparison to other ejuices; with standard ejuice I consistently use 24mg/ml. Whereas with WTA I am quite happy with a 12mg/ml concentration through the day, and perhaps a few tokes of 24mg/ml after meals and at bedtime.

Aroma doesn't have any competition when it comes to WTA or tobacco Flavors. The rest of them are just poor imitations but I'm glad that another company is producing it
