scheme to boxmod with ptn04050

Good night
would like to have a scheme to build a boxmod ptn04050 with the voltage between approximately 3.8V to 6V.
I am ptn04050cad 100k + trim + 2x 100uF 10V capacitors, a switch button 3A
What resistors to use and where to apply them.
I have little knowledge of electronica

I had seen this mod. It's very good, but wanted something simpler. Only with PTN04050
